Made a trip down to Addison and the shift lead Lily was super helpful and recommended the absolute best rebel ever! 10/10

This store is brand new and was having some startup issues. With order taking and drink processing. The staff was very hard working and friendly, doing the best they could given the startup process and some technical obstacles they were facing. I will return soon and expect they will have things working smoother then.

They are SO nice and professional here, I’m from out of town and they made me feel so at home while simply waiting for my drink. Wonderful staff and good quality drinks !

The staff is wonderful and patient with all my questions and they make the drinks perfect every time. I recommend customizing with white coffee. I'm so glad they opened this location I don't have to drive to Plano anymore lol

Quality has varied between locations as well as how fast they turn out drinks. Been a fan since living in Oregon years ago. Glad to see them here. Better than that bitter, green sign coffee place.

Love them! Everyone is always so friendly and conversational. But outside of the great service, the coffee is phenomenal, way better than Starbucks. Better service, better taste, and better prices! Looove the Cocomo and iced white chocolate chai ❤️

Sam and his crew were extremely nice. Just moved here from the Midwest so this was my first experience with Dutch Bros and I’ll definitely be back! Very good vibes!
