Dutch Bros Coffee

My first time trying Dutch Bro in addison and by far the best experience I had so far. In particular the service hands down was great. I my self know of customers service experience and that is what will determine if I will be a returning customer. Jennice was very nice, sweet and efficient, as I placed my order she made sure the attention was made to make sure my order was made how I wanted it. The one thing that stuck is her smile on her face, made my morning!

This Dutch Bros location is fantastic. I usually go here a couple times a week right around the time they open on my way to work. Their service is always fast and super friendly and the coffee is delicious. They change out their featured menu items each month as well which adds some nice variety to the established menu items.

I've been to this location way more than I should admit to. The service is always pretty fast, and the employees are super friendly. Today Lilly took my order and she was so amazing definitely turned my day around, and gave me an amazing drink recommendation!! Thanks y'all for taking time to make a strangers day better.

The staff was so accommodating when I was looking at the menu and answered every question with so much positive energy! Thankful for the energy and the coffee was amazing! Can't wait to go back and try more of the flavors!

I absolutely love this location! No matter how busy they are they always are quick and serve with excellence! The 5am crew is unmatched! Plus they always make my coffee to perfection!

As always, great coffee and great folks working. I had to knock the service down to 4 stars only because it took 4 different cards to get their machine to accept the charge. Then when I got to the window the poor gal was confused and tried to make me pay again.

Best coffee I ever had!! Also the rebels are absolutely amazing!! Customer service is SO GOOD they’re all super friendly, I will definitely be going here all the time!

I went through drive through on Tuesday afternoon, I was told if I didn’t want ICE I would be charged more for a 24oz cold coffee.
I went ahead and tried a 24oz, no ICE, extra charge, with hazelnut.
It was very bitter, dull, and same as a MacD’s coffee in my opinion.
I wasn’t impressed.
The issue with ordering a 24oz coffee with no ICE but costing more for no ICE really threw me off.
I will not be back.

They have delicious drinks but they play offensive songs with vulgar lyrics and the n word all in it and I am extremely offended. All I wanted was some coffee not something that was going to make me so disturbed

I'm not even an uptight person, but all I wanted was some coffee peacefully.

No sense of order here! They don’t care if you were in the line 10 min before the cars that just showed up. They skip you and go to the cars behind you and the coffee never taste the same no matter how many different times you go it’s like they make it however they feel like it …if you ask for it extra sweet it’s taste extra bitter and ask for an extra shot it’s like they don’t put it in because the color is extra white and don’t taste any stronger. They need to be retrained and at least get some consistency in making the drinks.
