Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, waited 5 more for any one to ask for my order. Lukewarm tap water has more flavor than their latte with extra shot and syrup. Hit the gas station save $5.00, get a smile and some coffee. Tip: your staff shouldn't all be "using the bathroom right now" nor should that reason ever be given to a customer as why no one is helping them

Best coffee and scones in Townsend, I've tried the raspberry, blueberry, apple cinnamon, and chocolate chip yummy.

Very Charming, sat on the back patio on a chilly day, but the sun was shining and the coffee was excellant.

They have the best coffee, now it may cost you the same price of 2 bags at the grocery store but you get what you pay for in the flavor. You smell it you taste it. I'd give 10 stars but there are only 5

The cashier was friendly. They had gluten free baked goods that were good. The coffee was terrible. Like I don't know how you can make a latte so badly. Completely undrinkable and I needed caffeine.

On a Sunday, when everything was shutting down, we went up this wooded road, and voila, found this magical place tucked in the woods.
Friendly staff and patrons. Awesome fire pit, relaxed atmosphere (I had a tank top on. Oops) but you can certainly dress it up!

Polar bear latte is great! Great staff

Love this place! Sometimes the people working don't appear to enjoy helping the customers, but in general they are good.

We received a better reception at The Dancing Bean Bakery and Coffee Shop than we got at the other coffee shop in Townsend. Also, they have GREAT muffins and scones! The fireplace made it very warm and cozy.

Awesome little coffee shop in the Smokies. Cozy and clean environment with a fireplace and plenty of seating, and the baristas are exceptional! The Reindeer Blend pour over might be the best I’ve ever had. A must stop on your way to Pigeon Forge or Cade’s Cove!
