Omg! Came in with a welcoming very heart warming atmosphere love it and enjoy the service.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Food, drinks, and service are all amazing. One of my favorite spots!

Bella Vista has very quickly turned into my favorite local breakfast spot. The atmosphere is welcoming, the crew is kind, the coffee is delicious, and the food is great. If anything you owe it yourself to come one morning on a weekend so you can get one of their homemade empanadas, it's the best way to start off the weekend in the middle TN area. You can tell that coffee is a passion with this shop and they want to share it with the community, do not sleep on Bella Vista.

Extremely slow service. Was so excited to try a local coffee shop. I had about 45 min before an appt so I stopped in for coffee and breakfast. It took 25 min to get the latte and it was made wrong. She remade it but at that time I only had about 20 min until my appt. I asked them to make the breakfast to go since I was still waiting on it. I waited around another 10 min and finally got my coffee but had to leave before my breakfast was even ready. I asked her to refund it and she wouldn't refund to my card and instead gave me cash (not a huge deal) but all things combined, it was a pretty awful experience. I just ordered a latte and avocado toast and waited 35 min and never got the food... I even saw them make other lattes and food that was ordered after me... and mine required no actual cooking. Not sure what the deal was, but I won't be going back.

Limited seats. Not good for large groups. Food was mediocre. The milkshake had the taste on consistency of just faint chocolate milk.

We come here almost every weekend for coffee and empanadas - the empanadas are delicious but when we order a variety, they don't do a good job of separating them. We went this morning and ordered 4 of each kind but ended up with zero potato and zero shredded beef. All ground beef and chicken. When I spend $60, I at least expect to receive that I paid for.

A little disappointed about the service here lately. Otherwise, we love the coffee and the atmosphere.

i love this coffee shop, the atmosphere is lovely and the workers are incredibly nice and friendly. The honey rose coffee is amazing, as are the paninis they serve. I love this place, if you haven't tried it yet please do.

I can't believe I haven't ever rated this place. I love it! The food is delicious; the coffee is on point; the atmosphere is funky, cool, and comfortable; and the people are warm, welcoming, and kind!
Give them a shot for sure. You can even order online and pick up in store if you don't want to wait!

Nice on the inside. Good atmosphere. Nice to have a local place to go to but its kinda pricey. I ordered a 12 oz matcha latte on ice nothing special and it was almost $8.

Love this place!! We bypassed Panera, Dunkin, Scooters, and Starbucks to come here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My daughter and I try to get here as much as possible. Warm and cozy environment. This time we had the Dolce CoCo and Vanilla latte, both iced with oat milk. They were delicious!! Refreshing and perfectly balanced. We also had the Loaded tacos and Grilled Cheese. The tacos are sooooo good. Simple yet amazing flavor. Service was quick and easy. Please support this local woman-owned business!!
