What an amazingly fun & refreshing coffee shop to find amongst all of the chain shops! Although they don’t have 20 oz. hot espresso drinks, they make a dang good drink regardless!! Such a fun vibe inside and unique! The drink could have definitely been hotter but it was still good.

Without a doubt the best, most friendly and welcoming coffee/brunch house in Nashville.
The owners and their staff treat you like one of the family from the second you walk through the door. Their coffee menu is large and varied, with some of the best around (I recommend the Honey Latte!). The sandwiches are great and full of flavour and my gosh I hope they bottle and sell their 'green' and 'pink' sauce one day! I recommend the hot crave for a warm and spicy treat!
Their empanada's are their not so hidden secret. Homemade, crispy and filled to bursting with tasty filling.
Plenty of places to sit and chat with people, and a cute little gamed area for kids (or big kids!) to enjoy some Nintendo while you eat/drink.
HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area. Without a doubt one of the friendliest, welcoming, family-feel, inviting places in Nashville

The food and coffee were really good! Loved that you could play retro games and enjoy other games while you wait for your food. Friendly staff and very nice setup. I recommend the delicious tostadas or the hot crave panini (if you can handle the spice). I am visiting from out of town but would definitely come back again and let others know.

My husband and I happened upon this gem a couple of months ago while looking for an out of the ordinary coffee shop. Had a fabulous Cuban coffee and deemed it necessary to revisit for brunch.
The food here is absolutely delicious. We had Abuelitas Way and a High Note breakfast sandwich on Brioche bread. Lemme tell ya. The food was fresh as can be. Latin flavors to make you wish there was a Bella Vista on every corner. This place is so worth the pretty 20 minute drive from Cool Springs area. Clean cute shop with the nicest most helpful staff. Can't wait to go back!

This is a great little café in the Smyrna / La Verne area. Like many parts of the mid west, it is much harder to find good small businesses such as cafés once you leave the main downtown district. You are inevitably engulfed in a sea of large box retailers and franchise fast food chains tied together by an infinite string of highways. It was actually a VERY pleasant surprise finding a good local spot with this much character, presentation, and flavor so far away from downtown Nashville. If you live in this area I HIGHLY recommend checking them out, in fact, go there every morning and support good small business. There’s more to life than Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts. Places like these are a dying breed in the heart of our country keep them alive.

Totally obsessed with this place! It's cute & clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is phenomenal. I've already been back a few times just for their empanadas (which also reheat in the oven very nicely).

I’ve been there several times and everything is so good. Such a welcoming environment.

Visited Bella Vista Coffee Shop in Smyrna wanted to try the breakfast tacos I saw on their menu. Ordered an Americano and the flavor is really good…a solid cup of coffee and next time I want to try the Cubano. I was served the Cheese Taco but had ordered the Loaded Taco…my server offered to have it remade but I was fine and it looked good. Absolutely LOVED the egg/cheese mix, scrambled how I like them (medium) and the cheeses in the mix really were good. I wasn’t a fan of the crunchy corn shell versus the soft tortillas indicated in the menu, but they worked. The fried potatoes were good and crispy and went well with the tacos and the green tomatillo sauce was mild. Overall a nice breakfast and good service and the décor here is bright and inviting…and the mural there is incredible!!!

Such a great find. Delish coffee (chai was not too sweet!) and a great panini. Make sure you get the plantain chips with the amazing green sauce. Kind staff and beautiful graffiti as well! The gaming corner is a nice touch. Perfect for a quick lunch or a coffee!

This is a good Latin American coffee shop! It has a game station for the kids dine in area is a bit small. It it’s a small spot, they optimized it with a bar style seating area and bench seating at the wall.
I ordered a couple empanadas and grandma’s way breakfast plate with a cbd lavender honey latte. They have a lot of different kinds of signature drinks and seasonal offerings.
Flavors of the meat, beans, and empanadas were very similar to each other. It was good but all the flavors tasted the same.
Maybe next time I’ll try a sandwich.
