Dutch Bros Coffee

Love dutch bros!! Their birthday milk shake is Amazing!! And their muffin tops are too!! They're super nice and don't mind conversation!! I recommend this place for drinks and muffin tops!!

I had to wait quite a while for my coffee, and paying upfront made it difficult to leave if I wanted to. The two-row system could use improvement, as it was challenging to merge into the left lane at the designated point. Overall, my experience could have been better.

I haven’t been yet to this location but I’m Content Creator and Dutch Bros is the Best Coffee In the United States. I have followed them from Oregon To Arizona and Then Now Here in Tennessee. The Staff Is Amazing and You will never be disappointed. I can’t wait till they come to Knoxville. Please a show this location support.

i’m visiting and was so EXCITED that i was finally able to try this place!! went twice within 24 hours and got the coconut mocha freeze and then i got a blue raspberry, lime, and coconut dutch soda. I cant say good enough things about the bro-ristas! yesterday it was pouring and we got amazing customer service, and today the guy taking our order ran inside to get us stickers!

My first visit with Dutch Bros Coffee was pretty disappointing.
Once we entered the drive-thru, the staff were friendly and got our orders timely. However, the wait was terribly long.
We had 2 lattes and waited around half an hour.

In addition, the design of drive-thru is confusing. It started from 2 lanes and merged into one to the window. With the atmosphere of long waits, most of the drivers on the main lane are reluctant to yield drivers on the right, which worsen the experiences.

Well I HOPE they stick around for a good long while cuz I’ve really enjoyed trying their drinks. Recommend the iced Flapjack latte and the lavender white mocha. All the staff are really friendly and it seems like it would be an enjoyable place to work at. Geee…now I’m talking about em I’m craving lavender white mocha. LoL

We used the drive thru and even though it was chilly and windy, the lady taking our order and the lady at the window were super friendly. The service was quick and the coffee was delicious. I vote we need a location in VA Beach.

First time going. We just got drinks. Loved the radio vibe and the employees were super friendly. The strawberry lavender green tea was out of this world!

I went to Dutch Bros Coffee on a Wednesday afternoon and waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes. The line was not too bad, but after I ordered, I waited another 30 minutes to receive my coffee. This was very frustrating, as I was expecting to wait only a few minutes.

I would have preferred to go to a different coffee shop that had a shorter wait time. I would also appreciate it if Dutch Bros Coffee would improve their communication with customers about wait times. For example, they could post signs in the drive-thru or on their website that indicate how long it typically takes to receive an order.

Overall, I had a negative experience at Dutch Bros Coffee and would not recommend it to others. I would have preferred to go to a different coffee shop that had a shorter wait time and better communication with customers.

I also want to note that I visited this location on a Wednesday afternoon, which is typically not a busy time for coffee shops. I was surprised to see that the wait time was so long, and I am not sure why it took so long for my order to be processed.

In addition, I was very disappointed with the way the staff handled a zipper conflict that occurred while I was waiting in line. A car in front of me tried to merge into my lane without signaling, and I honked my horn to let them know that they were cutting in line. The driver of the other car became very angry and started yelling at me. The staff at the drive-thru did nothing to de-escalate the situation, and they even seemed to be taking the side of the other driver. I was very surprised and disappointed by this, and it left a bad taste in my mouth about the entire experience.

I hope that Dutch Bros Coffee will take my feedback into consideration and make some changes to improve the customer experience.

Dutch Bros is the ultimate coffee shop! Arriving in TN is the best thing to happen to me and my family! Hannah from Ca provided an amazing drive through experience to reunite me with my
favorite coffee. 10/10 recommend this shop to everyone I know, constantly rave about their customer experiences, and wish Hannah from Ca with the 4 accents would follow me back on social media and be my new bestie 🥰
