Dutch Bros Coffee

I have been coming since opening day and I come a few times a week. When the trainers left things got significantly slower, which is to be expected, but I sat in line this morning and 4 cars who ordered after me and were behind me got their drinks first. I had a simple one drink order. I watched them make several other drinks and walk them out all while they still had not even made mine. The staff is young, but they really should pay attention to simple things like making sure customers get their order in order-- I can understand if I had a complex order but that was not the case. Hoping it gets better, but it seems to be worse everytime I go 😞 and I love your coffee!

Tried 4 different drinks now and so far they have all been so great. The chocolate chip muffing top is so delicious. They just opened last week and the people that are here to train are so nice and they are doing a great job! Look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

If you haven't been yet..... make the drive!!! I've been there at 5:15am, noon, 7pm, and 10:45pm and they are always great and always having a great time and trying to take your day up a notch. Personal favorite is the early morning crew, because if you have a smile and a joke for me at 5am we can always be friends! Amazing product! Better People!!!

Service was quick and ordering was easy. However neither drink was good, Chai tasted like plain steamed milk and had no flavor. We've been to other Dutch Bros locations and loved the drinks. Might give them another chance after they've been open longer.

Normally don't have any complaints about this place (been to a few locations across this country(CO, OR, TN, WA)), but this is the worst experience I've had with Dutch Bros. Got an iced annihilator, had zero flavor took it back and asked to have it remade and no change. Both times, there was zero interaction from the employees while our drinks were being made and when there was engagement they would walk away mid conversation, first time that's ever happened. Hopefully it's just this location but won't be coming back to this one.

This place is insane!!!! Out of this world customer service think chic fila… as far as product ie coffee and energy drinks I am a huge black rifle company man… however this is by far the best coffee ive ever had in my life I drive 1hr each way to come here weekly. Everything is great. But their drive-thru system needs to be addressed. The past 2 times I have been, it has taken approximately 25 min to even get my drinks. The outside lane has issues with folks in the inside lane, not allowing them to move forward. Both times when I have gotten to the window. One drink is ready, and the other is not. There just seems to be confusion. But everyone is super friendly and the drinks are great. Just make sure you have time to wait.

I’ve been wanting to try Dutch Bros, but I’ve never been to the PNW. We drove from Knoxville to check it out and it did not disappoint. We got the Annihilator and the Golden Eagle iced. They were so good. Not too sweet or heavy even though they were breve. The drinks were also very affordable. The line was long, but honestly it wasn’t too bad of a wait. I was expecting longer from other reviews. They have two lanes and pump the drinks out quick. If we lived closer we would definitely frequent more!

Great coffee and friendly smiles. Richard was great and made solid recommendations to try. The Carmelizer and Kicker were not icky sweet and were delicious.

The girl in the window this morning at 6am was the absolute best. They talk to you like a friend instead of the fake customer service voice. And the coffee is the best. Never top sweet if you get something with caramel or mocha.
