Carnival Cafe

The food is awesome and the plates are HUGE! Its basically carnival food that has an elevated twist to it. They have all kinds of awards including best burger and best hot dog...there are so many different kinds of funnel cakes it's crazy! They have hand spun cotton candy, deep fried Oreos, and fresh-squeezed lemonade. My husband ate a Philly cheese steak and said it was even better than the ones he ate during his visit to Philadelphia!
They have deep fried alligator amd the batter is to die for. We brought home a burger amd a monster dog for later and they were delicious. The monster dog is appropriately named - it's a half pound deep fried beef hot dog on the same buns they use for the Philly and Po' boy sandwiches. It is 10 inches long and about 4 inches wide! I am still eating on it 2 days later. And the chilli is some of the best i have ever eaten.
The staff was fast and really friendly! They offer dine-in but you can also call in a carry out order which is great when they are really busy becaise the dining room is a little small.

It's located just past TRW on the 4-lane so, to all the carnival food lovers in Rogersville, it's not a long drive AT ALL and you will always find something there you haven't tried before - even if its a creative twist on old faves.
Will definitely be going here for dinner a few times a month from now on...its my new favorite place to eat!

Best burger in town! Actual burger and not one of those tasteless frozen patties you'll get at some of the other local resteraunts.

Love the "mom & pop" places like this. Just stopped in for coffee but after talking to the proprieter & learning about the preparation of their food, we will definitely go back to try it out.
Gator tail, burgers, sides, funnel cake ( who can turn that down? ) Convenient location, friendly people, clean. Can't wait to try it.

Sweet quaint Cafe. Great cheeseburgers and homade potato fries 🍟 😋. Portions are big. Will definitely return.

Loved the entree!! Quality meat in the entree. The fries and onion rings were greasy.

Four of us stopped for lunch. The menu is unique and the service and food is good. We will stop again!

This place has the biggest and best philly cheesesteak you will ever get unless you go to South Street in Philly!!!
