Delicious coffee and wonderful staff. 10000/10 recommend!

First time coming here and the customer service was amazing and fast. And my wife loved the coffee that's a big deal. Will be back when I'm in town.

Heavenly Roast is AMAZING! They had a seasonal latte but didn't have the flavor in a blended coffee, but I asked them to make it in a Frap and they were so accommodating! The coffee ended up tasting amazing and this will definitely be a staple when I come to Gatlinburg every year!

The service is phenomenal. The baristas are friendly and helpful. The Lar Bear and Bubble peach tea were a refreshing delight. It’s very clean throughout. The decor inside created a warm inviting atmosphere. The view from the porch swings out front was breathtaking. Also, the bar seating had plugs creating a great work space.

Will be back!

Best coffee, red velvet donuts, and service. The actual shop is so adorable and warm and they always have great flavors. WE LOVE IT HERE

My husband and I stopped in on our Anniversary Vacation. AMAZING coffee and super nice staff. Would definitely return!

We were in the middle of straight lined wind and horrible weather and the sweet barista let us in for shelter! We are so thankful! The coffee shop is beautiful and everything looked amazing! Go try them out!!

Also, they have a beautiful contemporary sculpture by artist Andrés Bustamante @andresbustm worth checking out.

It is a beautiful coffee shop but was a little disappointed with their customer service. There is definitely no connection with the customer at all, as I waited to order no one addressed to even say " We will be right with you", and definitely no eye contact to even know who ordered what. Also, the coffee quality was not that good.
