The Heavenly Roast

We tried the chocolate peanut butter Frappuccino, pumpkin pie latte, Carmel swirl macchiato, and raspberry almond scone. Everything was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend a stop at this cute cozy coffee shop!

Such a good atmosphere, has tables with little games. Barista was super sweet, when we didn’t like a drink she remade it and let us pick something new when it wasn’t to our liking. Definitely a place you want to experience

Great coffee shop. We visited on our way to Gatlinburg. It was a must to stop by on our way out it was so good. We both got The Iced Caramel Macchiato Swirl. The owner was exceptionally nice and friendly and told us about the tent cottages they rent out behind the coffee shop. We will definitely visit again.

Overall mediocre experience. The aesthetic was comforting, however the service was below par. Pricing was on the higher spectrum for the area but to be expected for small businesses. We were greeted initially but the service thereafter wasn't optimal. Less than willing to engage when we presented a coupon and asked about options. The coffee was a nice roast; it was a holiday special so it was $10 for a small. We also had a scone of decent size and it was moist, I appreciated the lack of staleness. Great aesthetic, absolutely has potential. The service was relatively abysmal and could improve. Staffing deserves morale! Hoping to see the business grow and better over time, thanks!

Really cool location/store and but I’d recommend just avoiding this place. I asked for a coffee over ice which was $3.50. Instead they said I had to get a cold brew which was over $7.00. I asked the nice girl what the difference was and they said it was the same coffee just poured over ice. I reluctantly agreed as I was here anyhow. A shot of flavor and I was over $8.00 and then the machine asks for a tip. I was disappointed by what I received for over $8.00 which did taste ok. Tell me if the picture is worth this for regular coffee poured over ice, I don’t think so.

A cute and cozy beverage for a perfect January day! We made a group stop before headed to the Smokies and boy I’m glad we came here before finding a Starbucks. Adorable setting and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal hot chocolate and pastries but the banana nut muffin was a little stale. The cozy vibe and kindness of the barista made up for it. Absolutely adorable!

Absolutely love it! Cozy atmosphere, great coffee and even better service! Will definitely be coming back every time we vacation!

I pretty much agree with many of the other reviews. The coffee was awesome. No problems there. The shop was clean and cozy, the service not so warm and fuzzy. We received the initial hello and then as we ordered it was very straight-faced service. No smiles. I even tried to engage the barista and ask questions about the shop and was met with obvious annoyance and lack of desire to chat. That made our visit a little awkward and thus short instead of feeling like we could sit and enjoy our coffee.

Yesterday was the first time that we’ve stopped at Heavenly Roast. I ordered the Mocha Pistachio Latte and it was Heavenly. So good that today we literally drove an hour to get back out there to get another one. However they are so good and so far from home that I had to order 2 😀. Not only are to lattes amazing, the staff is awesome, friendly, and just overall welcoming.
