They are so nice. The lady that worked there even waited on me before they closed, so I could get my late night cravings for Cinnabon! Definitely a 5 star. Coffee was super good too. It definitely made my night!

Whatever girl working with the pink hair is BEYOND rude!!! Got mad and acted like I was stupid for wanting a frappe. And she would NOT make it. So rude and rolled her eyes at other costumers also looks like the same girl everyone else is giving bad reviews about. I would think to fire her by now. Awful service!! Come on Margaritaville.. how many bad reviews do you need on this girl to realize she is rude to everyone

The only place to get coffee on the island. The coffees and smoothies taste good and they have pastries and chips as well. A bit on the sweet side but it's okay. Expect Starbucks prices.

Stopped in for a coffee after a run. Had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged as the girl behind the counter was too busy trying to hide behind the espresso machines to use her phone. No apology when she finally noticed me and she was NOT friendly or hospitable in any way what so ever (11/26 @ 8am if management wants to address this) The coffee wasn't anything special and pretty overpriced, but that is expected in the area. The music in the shop is incredibly loud for anyone to want to sit and sip.

There was 8 of us with 6 getting iced coffee. The other 2 got hot coffee, well it was supposed to be hot but it was only lukewarm. When I took it back the guy said it was because we added extra creamer. I always order extra cream and have never had it to make my coffee cold!! Plus he said there was no way of heating it up for me. They dont have to worry about labeling their coffee as being HOT!!

Coffee is a joke! You will be disappointed. The folks aren’t friendly there either.

I typically give employees the benefit of the doubt, but the cashier (some teenage-looking boy) was extremely rude. I understand how some jobs can suck, but c'mon man. Be at least a little courteous.

Other than that, the black coffee I got was pretty good. The ice coffee I got for my wife didn't have any of the flavoring I ordered, but I'm not sure if that was because they forgot to add it, or the flavoring was just bland to begin with.

Go find somewhere else to get coffee.

It felt like a Starbucks, but with an island look to it. The decor was inviting and the aroma of freshly ground coffee in the air made you want to sit and sip coffee all morning. The coffee was good. I had an Americano while my wife had a drip coffee. Stopping here is definitely a must while you are in the area.

The coffee tasted good, but the cookie and brownie was overpriced and not worth the money. The barista barely spoke and when we sat down to eat our baked goods and drink our coffee she told us at 10pm she was closing and asked us to leave. The hours on the website said 11pm?
Not a great first impression at all.
