When we come to town we always stop in and get a cup of hot chocolate. This time the staff was very rude, she didn't want to put the whipped cream on our hot chocolate after we paid extra for it. She howler at us to take the lid off the cup then she only put a dab of the whipp cream I had to ask her to add more. The hot chocolate did not taste like hot chocolate it tasted like hot water with the cream. Could not taste chocolate. We bought 3 and all 3 got thrown away. We couldn't drink them. Very bad experience.

The worst customer service experienced and drink ever. It's as if her day was upside down and she had to take it out on me. Didn't say anything and just waited till I ordered. Didn't even say thank you. I should've never tipped her. Then the drink was too sweet and went back to ask for a new one that is half sweet. It seemed like she was so bothered by it and again didn't say anything. The body language and attitude is not suitable for this field of work.

Food preparation staff was very rude and argued with customers over purchased food/drinks. Requests to adjust the coffee after received because it was not prepared properly was not received well by staff.
Overall awful experience, the music in the shop was too loud to converse and tables were dirty, we had to clean our own for a place to sit.
Do not recommend.

My hubs and I got 2 coffees (don't remember which). The young man working the counter was friendly and had a bit of a sense of humor which you need when talking with my husband. (Lol....) When we got our coffee, we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Not bitter but delicious. Price same as a Starbucks but coffee a million times better. Didn't try any of the food but they looked really good.

Great staff with a friendly and tropical atmosphere. Maliyah, Hannah and Becca were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made our trips to the coffee shop fun and pleasant. The coffee was good and reasonably priced for the location.

The coffee was not very good. BUT the staff was friendly and pleasant to chat with. Next time I'll try their treats instead of the coffee.

Was charged 5.59 for a 4 $ chocolate, kept giving lame reasons

One person operating the store, was not even properly cleaning the blender jars for the juices , waiting time mine was 20 mins

My husband and I ordered two hot coffees and right away noticed the cups seemed very flimsy......within about 10 min my husband's cup caved in as he grabbed the cup, spilling coffee all over his hands. After another 10 min we were back in our car and the bottom of my cup started leaking profusely, soaking my jeans and got all over my shirt. Thankfully we were heading back to our hotel because I had to completely change my outfit. I never leave negative reviews but this was terrible after spending our money. And on top of all of that the coffee was weak and didn't have much flavor. It was a very disappointing experience.

Worst coffee I have ever had. Don't waste your money. Just imagine one shot of espresso with equal parts syrup and foam milk scooped on top. Gas station coffee is better
