Fun quiet coffee shop off the main road. Very cool decor inside. The manual was laying down on a table instead of hanging up. Very limited items inside of the store. The staff was not the happiest. Taste of coffee was mediocre. This could be a five-star establishment easily. Unfortunately my experience was not the best.

We desperately want this fine little coffee shop to make it, but there are a few things we would suggest. One is visiting an upscale coffee shop in Nashville or Memphis and take some tips on coffee preparation in the various modes. Though an Italian cappuccino is quite small, most regional shops including Starbucks offer different sizes. The staff was a bit flustered at the suggestion of a medium. The interior décor is really great. Well furnished. Nice leather big seats and love seats plus side room and attractive steel chairs and tables. Fantastic croissant with strawberries, bananas and chocolate drizzle. But the biggest issue is that there outdoor sign on the building is almost no visible from the highway. If I was trying to make a go of the business which to succeed must draw in customers from outside the area, I would put a lot of money in signage with few elements. It just doesn’t work at all. We will come back but I am hopeful for the cafe’s future that a new sign in the building plus one out on the highway will get addressed soon.

Cute little coffee shop with great decor and little items to shop from. The toasted marshmallow mocha was so good! Glad we stopped by.

We desperately want to love this coffee shop, but our time here just wasn’t the best. First off, the drink that I wanted could be hot or iced, but not a frappe, while anything “standard” on the menu can be a frappe. Just not the one that I wanted. Only iced or hot, never mind that the drink itself is identical to a “standard” menu mocha frappe, except with one additional syrup. (They also would not allow for an extra shot of espresso in my frappe, since that is a “modification”). I could be more alright with that if not for the shortness of the owner at my confusion. Anyhoo, we also specifically requested whipped cream, NOT marshmallows in our daughters hot chocolate, and we got marshmallows instead. Overall the drinks were alright, shop is very cozy, but the experience itself was not great, and I just have a hard time paying $20 for three drinks without being allowed to customize at all, and having the drinks themselves made incorrectly.

This is our relaxation day, so we spent some time in downtown. Naturally we want some coffee, and we come across this little place. The decor is cute, but the line is long. Very long. From a conversation between the shopkeeper and one of the customers, I gather that what I see behind the counter is the entire staff. She is nice and hard working, but the long wait seems to be the standard thing here. Well, not that I’m in a hurry to go somewhere else, but being able to hold my coffee within a few minutes would still be nice.

Small local coffee shop, just like Starbucks without the prices. And honestly their baked selection here isn't really much, but it's delicious. My kids got the blueberry muffins and Angel food cake. And she offered to warm them....which made those blueberry muffins bangin. Beautiful shop, clean and with a KJV bible open for guests, it's hard to shy away from here. Close to all sorts of shops nearby with tons of options for lunch and afternoon shopping.

Great little coffee shop that really has A LOT of potential! Latte was good but pricey. Pigeon Forge really needs a great coffee spot that isn't a chain, this could easily become just that! Spending some time at another tried-and-true popular coffee shop could help. They need more listings on their menu, flavors of the month, suggested flavors like honey lavender, turtle, white chocolate raspberry, etc. Also having sugar free options other than vanilla and caramel would be great.
Expensive coffee is fine, if you can back it up with the flavor and quality of coffee. Consistency is key as well. If I order the same latte every day, I want it to taste the same every day. Just little tweaks and they could be an amazing coffee shop which is so needed in that area! I would be happy to talk with manager/owner with other tips I have as a customer. They have a great base and could be amazing with a few tweaks!

Lovely quaint LOCAL coffee shop. Nice variety of flavors for espresso, chai tea, and others for your caffeine needs. Limited staff, so have patience and enjoy the charm.

This place is a real deal coffee shop. Locally owned and much better quality than a chain shop. I wanted a frappe, but the lady, who, I assume was the owner, was unable to get the powder that makes it top quality so she didn't technically have any frappes, but suggested making me a blended iced latte. To which I agreed. It was awesome! I truly appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile since this is the only place in town that has more than vanilla sugar free options! Absolutely perfect place! Keep up the good work!

Tastes like Mcdonalds coffee but the owner is sweet and the shop is very cute. Place has potential.
