The food was great but cashier was a little sassy

Great coffee and the breakfast I ordered was delicious. As I walked in I was greeted right away. The ladies working were friendly, polite and professional.

We stopped in while in town for just a day. The team member was great in talking us through the breakfast options and the food and coffee were all amazing! We tried the breakfast burrito, the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and the toffee coffee- so great!

I have been to just love coffee a few times since they’ve opened and their food is delicious and you can taste the freshness. They have a variety of coffee‘s and for someone who drinks their coffee black I was so tempted to try one of their yummy crafted coffee’s because the menu made it sound so tasty. And sure enough it was! The restaurant is so clean and immaculate to where I feel completely comfortable sitting, enjoying my coffee, food and hanging out for a long while. Above all that, their customer service is fabulous! They are so inviting, friendly and eager to make sure your experience is top notch. You can tell from the moment you step inside their restaurant that their attention to detail and the importance of the customers overall experience is their number one priority. Thank you just love coffee and I cannot wait to bring my family and friends back here when they visit!

The last 4 times I’ve ordered I did not get my ranch dressing. Please pay attention!

The coffee was done differently than when we went to Just Love in Murfreesboro. It wasn't as creamy. The waffles were airy inside and has nice crust edges. The chicken was just okay. They have a lot of tables and chairs and place looks clean.

Paid over $17.00 for a mediocre sandwich and cold cup of coffee. When they brought my sandwich out, I didn't get my coffee. I approached the counter to inquire as to why, she turned and filled a cup with water and put a double shot of espresso in it. I though it odd, but just went with it.....I was getting an americano I guess. Whatever. When I got the my car, I took a sip and it was cold...like tap water. I took the cup back in and asked what the deal was; why my coffee was not only NOT coffee, but cold as well. This is where it gets ridiculous. The girl behind the counter said they were out of coffee, so she just went ahead and pulled hot water and some espresso instead (rather than simply tell me she was out of coffee). When I said, "Yes, but even THAT is cold." She said, "The machine is not heating the water - something is wrong. It is usually REALLY hot." I said, "It obviously wasn't hot. How could you not know?" She said, "I didn't know because it was still steaming when she pulled the water." I said, "It couldn't have been steaming. If it was steaming the water would have been hot." At that point I just said, "You know what, keep it" and walked out. The utter lack of customer service (e.g. not saying "I'm so sorry, sir. We are out of coffee" instead of just making up a drink to give me) and lack of integrity (e.g. just making up nonsense excuses - "I didn't know it was cold because I saw the steam") are all too typical of businesses who want our money but can't find competent workers. I won't be back to JLC.

Lana, Kerlos, and Caroline are amazing! They provided us with very professional and kind service. Definitely recommend!

I went to this place for the very first time. In short, I was ghosted. I was first in line with 2 employees directly in front of me behind the counter. Neither employee acknowledged my existence. There was no "Be right with you" or greeting. Then a large group of young female teens stood in line behind me. The male employee said I'll be next after my staring at them for 5 minutes. Then the female employee took the girl's order who stood BEHIND me and just ignored me. I walked out and I will NEVER go back.
