Two young girls helped me today with my order. One was in training. They had awesome customer service and the coffee they made was great!

Cashier with the dark hair and plaid shirt was so rude. Please improve the customer service experience here.

Meh, skip it.
got 2 for me and my lady, waffles where straight doey, zero crisp and barely warmer than room temp.
Would not even melt the butter!
"hot chocolate" was contrary to it's namesake.
The pumpkin muffin was as dry and hard as a goat skull left in the Arizona sun.
Employees where super nice though, there is that ...at least.

Welcoming and helpful servers delivered a delicious breakfast!

Great experience but just needs to open a little earlier like 7:30. We have watched several people come up and leave because the store is not open.

Customer service was fantastic, great prices, food was delicious and the environment was clean and very relaxing. Also the outdoor seating was nice with a good breeze.

Worst coffee shop experience so far.
TLDR: went in for breakfast, not busy at all, waited 40 minutes for food, left without food and a partial refund. After partial refund our coffee ended up costing $15 or about $7.5 per beverage.
Went in Just Love for some coffee and breakfast on a Sunday around noon. Place was mostly empty, about 2-3 other parties there. We ordered two coffees, a breakfast burrito and an avocado toast. We were told it would take about 10 minutes for food, no biggie. Cost was $37.00 after tax and tip which is crazy but hey, we paid it so we’re the dumb ones. Anyway we get our coffees and begin our arduous wait. After ten minutes we begin wondering when the food would arrive but at this point we weren’t too worried about it. Another ten minutes goes by and we’re starting to be concerned, but mostly due to the fact that other parties began complaining about their wait times, and had their food prepared incorrectly. Another ten minutes goes by (30 min now) and we start discussing an exit strategy. I’m typically patient and non-confrontational so I’ll endure a long wait if I have to. We decide to give it another 10 and then make a refund move. During this period another customer begins complaining about her breakfast burrito taking 45 minutes and this prompts us to give up and bounce. I request a refund for the food and the staff kindly obliged. They were very nice but also didn’t try to solve the problem, instead they just complained about the kitchen staff. We were refunded but the original tip remained and did not get refunded. Annoying but whatever, we were only concerned with making our exit. In the end, we spent 40 minutes sipping our $7.5 coffees waiting for nothing. Luckily, I had good company to make the wait a bit enjoyable!
If you are the manager or owner reading this, perhaps working at the DMV would be more up your speed.
