White Bison Coffee is probably one of the better places to get a coffee. If you happen to be in the Nations, I do recommend that you go try out some of their coffee. I've been there twice now, and enjoyed it each time. My overall criteria for judgement, is; Food Quality, Service Quality, and Location/Atmosphere Quality. (TL;DR below)
Food - The Coffee here is great. First time I came, I came as a group of three. The item I happened to choose was their Eggnog Latte. It tasted amazing. The great taste of coffee I always love, and the eggnog taste I've loved for years made an amazing latte. The Mocha Latte was great as well. Neither were too sweet or too bitter. All were just right.
Service - The employees here were very helpful and cooperative with me, explaining the flavors and the items I was ordering. They made sure what I got was what I wanted, and assured that I would be returning. (As all employees should)
Location/Atmosphere - The atmosphere is calm and relaxing as a coffee shop should be. Very easy to converse with a friend or partner. Maybe not the best place for a date, but I've never tried it so I can't say to much on that. The place is also great for creative work, such as writing or drawing as I may do. The music is usually good, and friendly for audiences of all ages. Very clean as well.
TL;DR
Overall the quality of the shop was really great. Good food, good service, and great atmosphere. Definitely plan to go there more often.

Helpful, friendly staff. Prices in line if not a little less than that 'other establishment'. My coffee (med roast) and muffin were great. Nice atmosphere, the loft is where the cool kids hang out.

I'm really torn on a review. I love the atmosphere of this place. It is fresh, clean, and quiet! I love that the high tables are available if sitting forever is too much, just stand. But the baristas don't seem to know what they are doing. Ordered multiple drinks here and some came out while others didn't. Would recommend some training before letting novice baristas take free reign of making drinks, since drinks are why people come.

Had ordered coffee for a large meeting of 120. Gave them a days notice that we would pick it up at 6:00 A.M. Things weren’t ready. While everyone there was courteous and apologetic we stood around until 6:45 waiting and knowing our boss was going to be embarrassed in front of his guests and unhappy. We’re a large customer down the street and thought this would be a convenient switch from another shop. Friendly place for a cup of coffee but not ready for more than that.

Great atmosphere. Love the loft. Costa Rican pour-over is top-notch.

It feels like a slightly upscale Starbucks, with both the good and bad that comes with it.
Pros: Nice and large facilities. The upstairs has comfortable chairs and couches to lounge on and board games to play. The pastries and tea are cheaper than the other options in the area. The pastries were good!
Cons: It feels very commercial, like a Starbucks. It doesn't have any of the charm that a local coffee shop has. The commercial feel is not surprising given that it is owned by Tri-Star -- a gas distributor and owner of Twice Daily.

Good coffee, tea, and nosh without an ounce of pretentiousness. Sweet baristas. I love the separate spaces for gathering with friends or chilling by yourself looking out the window or working in the quieter mezzanine or sitting in one of their comfy rocking armchairs. There is also shaded outdoor seating. Plenty of parking.

Cold and corporate feeling and frankly the food was just bad. It is all premade in cooled plastic self serve bins like you'd see at an airport kiosk. Then you hand it to the sad looking register attendant so they nuke it for you. I see what they're trying to do with the decor but it just didn't work for me overall.

Going to break the review into several parts with the general atmosphere, the food, drinks, and value each being their own category.
Atmosphere - Great but side tables (bars) are too thin to work on.
The atmosphere is quite nice it does have that industrial feel to it, the inside is really sleek and very functional but overall it's fairly nice. The side bars aligned up against the windows are very sweet for the most part. They come with enough charging outlets to fulfill every seat along the row. however the tables in the middle of the room are lacking in their number of outlets and some appear to not have any. Additionally the side tables where I am sitting are incredibly thin and therefore are not suitable working areas. my laptop currently just hangs off the edge of the table. Not a big deal, but a minor complaint. Otherwise the space it's self is very nice.
Food - Low Quality frozen, what I would see in a twice daily.
To sample I tried the sausage egg scramble, and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Both had the familiar taste of Gas Station food. The parent company of White Bison Coffee is Twice Daily the convenience store / gas station company and the quality of food is reflected in that. This is not a Wawa or a Sheetz this is twice daily quality food its frozen and it's incredibly over seasoned. The sausage egg scramble thing i got was very over seasoned. the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel though, was very bland overall. Which is on par with gas station food. Not to mention you could go down the road to frothy monkey and get better quality food.
Drink - Incredibly strange (might have just been my drink choice though)
I only selected the white bison mocha to drink, and it was odd to say the least. It started off very sweet (the whip cream I suspect), and then kind of got this watery sugary coffee mixture. In this town there are an almost unlimited number of places to get coffee and this was far from one of the best, i don't want to say it was terrible because I could drink it but it was average, more like below average actually.
Value - It's cheap like you expect from a gas station.
It's cheap not really good but cheap if you're just needing something to fill you up, it works but if you're wanting to go out for a casual lunch or anything other than coffee skip it at all costs.
Concluding Thoughts
No tldr here sadly, I like the concept but it's incredibly low quality food and average drinks at best. However, i do like the atmosphere I come to a coffee shop for good food and drinks I can't let the nice design overshadow the low quality food and drink options here but it is a saving grace from giving it one star.
I would return but never get the food again, I would get a cup of coffee and try to find a more comfortable table to try and get some work done but overall the poor quality food, and the commercialized feel in terms of drinks and food it's worth of a 2 star rating.

Nice place, lots of snacks, protein bars, food and good coffee.
