Loved the space. And the coffee was very tasty. Had the vanilla latte.

Very nice loft seating area. I had a hot chia tea latte with almond milk and only two pumps of the flavoring (to keep the carbs lower). It was delicious.

So this particular White Bison is so close to my new house I thought I’d give it a try. I fell in love with the White Bison that was located inside a gas station near my old stomping grounds so I thought this one would be just as good! The two employees didn’t seem very interested in being at work this day and weren’t very friendly. I was used to the gas station White Bison employees being so helpful and friendly, so this was quite the change. Anyway, onto the coffee - I ordered what I normally do and the baristas realized she made it wrong so she dumped it out - not a problem I thought. She remade it and I later realized she didn’t bother refreshing the coffee grounds… so it’s no wonder my drink tasted like pure vanilla sugar water. :(
Luckily there’s a mom & pop coffee shop a block or two away from this location so I’ll be checking them out instead.

We used the coupons in the mail and I got a small nutty bison- its dairy free too. It was great!

The drinks are really good here and I like the vibe. Staff is always nice and friendly. Knocked off 1 stars because the food has been a disappointment every time. Jalapeño bagel had no flavor and was barely toasted, croissant was bland, vegetable egg scramble was really watery. Other than that great spot.

White Bison is one of my go-to's in Nashville for coffee. I'm a big fan of drip coffee or iced coffee with a splash of oat milk, and it's honestly so good!! Cool vibe of the coffee shop too. Plenty of space to work if you need a place to work from.

Personal service. Great location. Really good espresso. This coffee shop is located in a newly revived urban area with new restaurants, bars, shops, businesses, and two new coffee shops. White Bison is a great place to get some work done or study. There is a covered patio so you can sit outside even if it is raining. I go often, and always order the same drink, and they will start my drink for me when they see me come in. I like that!

As someone who lives in the nations, white bison is the best spot. Consistently great coffee, great fast service, and the pastries are surprisingly amazing. The chocolate hazelnut croissant is my favorite.

This white bison is perfect if you're a remote worker or someone that just wants to rest. The staff is great and kind their drinks are always perfect. They have some amazing sandwiches and croissants.
The thing that makes this specific location amazing is the upstairs. They have a great borderline darker Scandinavian aesthetic with low hanging lights and wooden furniture. Definitely a great place to get work done as well as chill. I know of book club that goes there once a month and they love it.

A new place in the Nations with a clean look, full staff, nice counter space, and a cool outdoor patio. A small coffee was something like $2.25, which is fairly steep. I had their house roast and it was solid, no complaints. Their 12oz whole beans are $12-14 (so $16-19 per pound), so not great prices. I'd take my money elsewhere in the future, Kroger sells better whole beans for half the cost.
