Five stars because they fill a hole in my heart on mornings where i don’t want to make my own food, and the drive thru is a blessing. (and the people who work there are so nice!)
only critique is the milk is always over aerated and too foamy in my latte (but i’m an industry barista and it really doesn’t effect the overall experience that is the quaint and inviting ugly mug)

i also find inconsistencies with the quality of the sandwiches i get but they always hit the spot regardless

Best Cuban sandwich in middle TN! Great tea! Reasonable price. Fast friendly service. Owners are super nice. Enjoyed the lunch.

Once I went into the Ugly Mug Coffee Cafe I was sad that I had to get a to-go coffee! The staff is so friendly and was quick to help answer my questions. If you drink your coffee in the building, there are so many different funky mugs to choose from. I want to visit this coffee shop so many times to test out my favorite mug

Awful experience. Got the same coffee I get everywhere else..... this was absolutely disgusting!! Literally 1 drink and threw it away. Tasted like it sat around for a week before it was served to me. I will not make the mistake of going back. Yuck. Not the mention they are more expensive. What a waste!

Good coffee house. Eclectic. Tasty. Server pleasant and notably courteous. Second worker notably did not speak when entering for work. did not respond back gd morning. It really speaks volumes. I am a out of state guest. Unfortunately this is what i take with me. Customer Service counts.

What a fantastic coffee shop! My latte was divine and the baristas, Alex and Chris, were model employees. I visit Nashville often and this is my new go to coffee shop!
