The place is clean and the service was friendly. The iced latte was ok (too sweet but when I asked for more espresso they fixed it). Decent prices and the location is great if you’re close to the Nations. Haven’t used the drive thru but that’s a nice touch! Overall a cute place in the neighborhood.

What a pleasant surprise. Right around the corner from the house. Had a Salted Caramel Latte and the sausage egg and cheese croissant. Sat outside under cover. Great experience.

Whenever I can't make it to Starbucks, I stop my this coffee shop. Everything is really good and alot cheaper than my regular carmel macchito from Starbucks.

We enjoy coffee from here on a weekly basis! The staff is always amazing and so friendly. On our first visit we ended up getting our coffees free. After that first time experience, we've been back weekly and it's always pleasant. The coffee is delicious and we've come to love blue suede. It reminds me of a blueberry doughnut. 😋 Most recently I tried the Cafe con leche, it's not exactly what I'm used too from back home, but it wasn't a bad substitute either. We will be back again for sure, maybe to try something new! 😁

After trying their iced caramel latte with half and half in stead of milk. I’m hooked. A cozy, quaint little spot with FIRE coffee. There was only two working drive thru and inside orders and they didn’t miss a beat. Although it was weird they sold Kirkland brand granola bars in stead of some vegan local vibe like everything else in there is, the coffee is where it’s at. All around quick accurate service that’ll definitely make me want to come back.

I have really loved ugly mug, but their drink quality recently has been going downhill. I go 3-4 times/month and always order an iced cafe con leche. Presentation wise the drink has looked different each time I've gotten it, but it's always tasted good. This morning I ordered 2 and was given burnt iced coffee with milk in it- definitely not worth the almost $13 we paid. I know they have been struggling with staffing, and their drink quality reflects that. We won't be returning for awhile.

Very quiet, friendly staff, delicious coffee! I love the cute mugs. I will certainly be coming back! The one thing that could be improved is the wifi... it was very slow today but maybe that's because I was on the back porch.

I used to work here. I used to be able to sit down for the majority of the day which was really nice. It was a very slow store.

I was begrudgingly paying for overpriced grocery store bagels because the drive thru was convenient. I also tipped like $2 on a $4 purchase. But the next time when I asked them to put the cream cheese on a bagel so I could actually eat it in the car, they had to “check with the kitchen staff” and said they were not physically able to do that. So I got a bag with 2 grocery store cream cheeses and a heated up grocery store bagel. Then they had the audacity to still ask for a tip. Is this a weird expectation?? If you buy a bagel at a bagel shop they give it to you with the cream cheese on it. Anyway, this place is bizarre and inconvenient.

Coffee is very solid, small selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Atmosphere is perfect for getting some work done. WiFi is good and they even have a printer for a few pages if needed. Nice outdoor space as well. I don’t use it often but there is a drive thru as well. Prices are cheaper than most other coffee shops.
