Matryoshka Coffee

While my friend was in a meeting next door, I thought I would grab a coffee and sit and do some work. I’ve been to this coffee shop multiple times before and the staff was nice but this time was a completely different story. My work laptop was running out of juice and I simply asked if I could leave my laptop somewhere for TEN minutes and the lady working said “no, we can’t do that. If I did it for you then I’d have to do if for everyone.” I looked around and it was just me and another guy who was sitting there bc his friend was working. I said you’ve got to be kidding me. I said you just lost a customer because I’ll never come back. She said well there’s plenty of other coffee shops around town with outlets. So disgustingly rude. My other best friend comes here once a week and she said she won’t be come back either.

VERY cute and aesthetic! the only downside is that it was pretty tiny & there was no seating available, so we didn’t get to sit in the cute area lol. coffee was delish though!

Walking into this coffee shop is like walking into a little slice of sunshine. The aesthetic is a 10/10! We got the Cuban confetti coffee and it didn’t disappoint. Just as tasty as it was cute! I will say this place is extremely small and tight space so don’t expect to come with a lot of people- almost all seating is two person tables so perfect for a little coffee date with a friend!

Such a cute coffee shop. Drinks were amazing (Confetti Cuban especially) and the staff were so friendly and fun. A hidden Nashville gem!

Abbey has poured herself into this place and created a vibrant, fun, and welcoming home for all! Great drinks, fun treats, and tons of joy here. I want to go to Matryoshka every day of my life ❤️ Love everything about this shop!!

Matryoshka isn’t just a place, it’s an experience. 🌈 The colorful aesthetic and decor will bring you joy as soon as you step inside. Everything I’ve had so far has been delicious! You can opt for fun and seasonal homemade syrups or glitterfy your drink without it being too sweet. There is something for every taste preference here. They have vegan versions of all drinks as well.

Abbey has truly created such a magical and inclusive space at Matryoshka. Make sure to stop by for a fun and unique experience when you get the chance. :)

Fun little coffee shop! First time in, got an espresso and a strawberry chai, both were incredible! Friendly workers and a happy atmosphere!

I love everything about this coffee shop. It’s close to home so going here has become one of my Saturday morning treats to myself. The staff is so kind & welcoming. It’s obvious that they love being at work. It’s so hard to pick a favorite drink because I love all of their lattes but if I had to pick my top 2 the Confetti Cuban & Full Bloom (lavender) would be first choices to cheer me up. I heard the Ranch Latte was rad AF but I missed out on that 1 day special. Maybe I’ll get to try it next year…. If you’re having a bad day, go here because you’ll walk out with a smile, a latte & probably a vegan pastry made by some very talented ladies over at Yellow & Lavender. Go early if you can because the pastries sell out quickly!

(Oh yeah, if you love Lucky Charms or fun types of instant ramen they serve that on the prettiest trays too!)

Love this coffee shop!! It’s so cute and the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
