Their coffee was beyond my expectations. I also loved how quick they were with my order.

The ham n cheese croissant was very tasty. Maria was a nice cup of iced coffee! Was bummed that their cereal coffee was seasonal because it looked so good i wanted to try it. Nice staff. Cute little shop. Worth the visit. Their seasonal selection keeps things spiced up i guess so I can appreciate that. Would stop by again if in town.

Great lattes with non dairy alternatives. Fun location with nearby murals to take photos in the Gulch.

Came for the cinnamon roll.....ordered it and at 9am it came out hard, semi warm and old. One bite and into the trash it goes. Completely inedible. I'm suffering with the mediocre coffee that ultimately cost me $13

this coffee shop has a very European feel to it. It has beautiful tiled floors, cute small round two tops and cushy leather banquettes. There are outlets on the side that you can plug your device into, and even the outlets are attractive! you can enter the cafe both from the street and the lobby of the Thompson hotel, so there is traffic coming from two directions. The staff were very nice and also helpful in describing their food options. You order and pay at the counter and then place your order. when it's ready you pick it up at the end of the counter. There are not a lot of places to sit. The front of the coffee shop is all window, which is really nice. You can look out onto 11th avenue and see residents and tourists walking by. I had a hand breakfast tart, which was quite nice. It's a pastry with a baked in egg and some bacon and potato. I had an iced vanilla latte which was really really yummy. My friend had the Earl grey tea, which he said was delicious and he also really enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant. We parked across the street in the parking garage where you can get one hour free parking. We went over just a little bit on our time and we ended up paying $4 for the parking. That's really not so bad considering how close it is to downtown and how price can be so high for parking there.

The tip default option was 20% and higher . There is no scenario where you should ask the customers to pay an additional 20% or more before they’ve even received there food . Pay your employees more and exploit your customer base less . If the employees felt like it made sense to ask that much in tips then they aren’t being paid enough.
company replies with "we do not offer a default tipping option" all POS systems bring up three options for tipping and yours are all above 20% just pay your employees more and lower these options to 10,15,18% which have been the standard since the dawn of tipping. charging 6$ for a tiny croissant and then asking 20% is just insanity

Killebrew is a swanky little coffee shop with lots of class and style. Attached to a gorgeous Hotel, the ambiance is upscale, yet inviting. The wait staff is down to earth and very happy to talk about any specials that are going on, especially with regards to pastries. Not only is the coffee outstanding here, but the baked goods are unique and flavorful. Highly recommend!

Stopped by on day 3 of our CO to NC road trip. Good coffee, great people, and LOVE the ambiance.
