cute coffee shop attached to hotel. I recommend the Gulchie (caramel vanilla latte) Iced. Not overbearingly sweet.

Super cute small coffee shop. I am absolutely in love with Cuban latte. I had it 2 days in a row.

My last (1/19/21) experience here was 3.5 stars but I'm not changing my original 5 star rating because pre-covid I had a dozen five-star experiences. I'll blame everything on covid right now. My issue with my last visit was the cashier only kind of offered to remake my drink when I told him to hold off until after breakfast (on the plus side the barista was super fast and making my drink before I cashed out), and the espresso drink I did get was scorched, and the bread on the breakfast sandwich tasted not super fresh. The barista happily remade my drink when I told her it tasted scorched but the steamed milk in the second drink also tasted scorched. I'll come back because... pastries

Fantastic new place in the Gulch. You can access it from the street or Thompson Nashville. Their breakfast bacon/egg quiche-like thing is out of this world. Great beginning of the day. The view from the cafe is also unlike any other in Nashville. It feels like Seattle, SFO or Boston. Feels metropolitan and busy. Nice for people-watching. Will be back.

Good service. Great iced cold brew. Got my name wrong on the cup. Not everyone knows who "Captain Kirk" is I guess. LOL No biggie. Good coffee. Thanks.

Cinnamon rolls are $8, come out burned but not very warm, with icing you have to apply yourself that was cold, so you couldn't really spread it on easily. They're very large though.
Quiche is $10 and is decent but more like a souffle than a quiche. No vegetables or meat, just egg.
When I ordered coffee she asked if I needed "room for cream", I said yes. Instead of leaving room they went ahead and added cream. I am lactose intolerant and usually add non dairy milk to my coffee, but I didn't say anything at that point because we had been waiting awhile.
Overall the food was a bit disappointing as well as the confusion about the coffee, all staff were kind though. I won't be coming back.

This is the most underrated coffee shop in Nashville. I’ve not had anything here I didn’t enjoy completely. Their breakfast sandwiches are incredible. Iced Vanilla Latte with oat milk is my go to order, it’s so tasty, not too sweet, and you can see the real vanilla bean specks in the bottom of the drink. The staff is very friendly. The line can get long on weekends but it goes relatively quick. Definitely worth the wait for the best cup of coffee you’ll get in town.

Quick place for latte, but slow service and a bit disorganized

I’m really not a fan of iced coffee, but this place DEF changed my mind. I got an iced gulchie and it was sooo good and came with edible glitter! The drink was amazing and the location + decorating is so nice. Definitely recommend this place to any nashville locals or visitors who are looking for a new coffee place to try out!

Delicious quiche and vanilla latte. The quiche was very moist and better than I had in Paris.
