Green Beans Coffee

Ordered a chai tea latte and it was delicious! Sausage Egg & Cheese biscuit was pretty salty, but good portion. Strawberry Danish was solid, they have chocolate as an option as well.

There's a wall full of bottled drinks and packaged snacks if you need to grab & go.

Plenty of different seating options and outlets to charge electronics, even ESPN playing on the flat screen. Good place to kill time before your flight & TSA.

I’d give it a 0 if I could. Bad customer service and it took forever.

Great entertainment by a two piece band while waiting for my daughter to arrive. I wish there were more food choices for those that can not go through security.

The Green Beans Coffee Co at BNA has one fantastic worker. I believe her name was Linda. Today almost all the flights were cancelled and she manned the food and coffee by herself. She was running around and still managed to provide excellent customer service. It made the fact I’m stranded at the airport a lot more bearable. So thank you for the food and coffee.

Just got a protein shake made and it was horrible. It still had ice chunks in it. Miss Frantz (I think that's her name). The worst one I have ever had. I think Im done with this place. Reason why I didn't get it remade, I had to go back to work. The coffee is always horrible. The reason I now, is because I work there.

I don't mind paying more for foods products when stuck in an airport, but they should make an effort to sell fresh items. Their Danish and muffins were old and dry. Makes me Less inclined to want to try their coffee.

The rude, arrogant, fat, tattooed slob running the stand at the Nashville airport directed me upstairs to Starbucks three times before I finally took his advice. I guess giving his little friend that was hanging around free coffee was more important than providing the customer service he was probably hired to do. If he worked for me, today would have been his last day.

Green Beans Coffee terminal A at Nashville currently has the single worst employee of a company working there. She is rude to everyone that walks up, loud condescending and makes every customer feel as if they are inconveniencing her. We are sitting here having our coffee in complete disbelief that this place is represented by her. She should never have a job that involves the public and should be put in a windowless back office out of contact with all of humanity.
