Very poorly-run coffee shop… service is painstakingly slow (nearly an hr wait for a simple egg & cheese sandwich), and they’re out of ingredients often. 2 stars for the cool interior and ok (but unreasonably expensive) coffee

Cute. Expensive. Strong coffee. Cool ppl working there. Cool experience.

Serene, bright, and airy space with retro/industrial decor that serves tasty pastries and breakfast sandwiches, and (I'm told) top of the line coffee. I can only stand coffee with copious amounts of honey and nut milk. I really just come for the ambiance (and pastries). Hipster baristas are super nice too, not snobby coffee types but very welcoming and chill.

No chai latte, but the masala chai tea is so good you won't miss it! Five Daughters doughnuts and outstanding biscuits. Love the music and service.

The kitchen was closed unfortunately when we visited so we only got a coffee to go. But the service, atmosphere, and coffee were great!

After patronizing BP for years because of proximity and good drip coffee, there’s an evident lack of consistency in service and product. It’s the most expensive drip in town, but they’re inconsistent in deciding whether they’ll have free refills or not. “Hot” lattes are consistently room temp or cold, no matter how much you ask them to make it hot. There’s never a guarantee that the kitchen will be open, or that all menu items will be available, or that you will receive the menu item advertised. It’s a crapshoot and there’s always excuses to offer inconsistent or lower quality products for the same old price. You order a breakfast burrito and it may only have half the ingredients listed, but it will be the same price, and staff will be unconcerned with your experience. It leaves a customer feeling taken advantage of and it’s not a great feeling. (None of this is to mention the blaring speakers and very weak wifi.)

This is our favorite Barista Parlor. The walnut and brass furniture, more pleasant staff, and overall calmer atmosphere at this location make it our favorite of the 3.

Waited this morning for two pour over coffees. No pastries, no problem. Finally get our coffees and go to the creamer station, no creamer. My wife brings it up to the barista to refill. He continues to prepare other peoples coffees, put lids on, etc. Finally fills up creamer container, walks directly past and around her and sets the creamer back on the table. No words ever spoken and absolutely no customer service. We live in Seattle, so we know decent coffee and would never go back. Too cool and clueless to do your job in the service business.

Tried to visit here at 5:04 pm. Hours online and on the door say open 7am-6pm. Door was locked when I arrived. Will update review if they are open during posted hours.
