I am utterly horrified and disgusted in the way my husband, who has a disability, was treated by this establishment. Vice and Virtue used to be one of our go to places to grab a quality cup of coffee and pastry. My husband is not able to wear a mask because of a legitimate health condition. He was refused service by a white blonde female employee even though he stated that he has a health condition that prohibits him from wearing a mask and the current heath directive from the Shelby Co. Health Department allows him to not wear one due to his disability. She just kept repeating “It’s our policy”. No other offer of alternative service or takeout was offered in the store. This business discriminated against him due to his disability and that is wrong. We contacted the business afterwards and were given the run around. This is not acceptable and is a shameful business practice.

Haven't been to the shop yet, but their coffee is excellent. The best coffee in Memphis- we get it from the CY farmers market every week. So happy ( and not surprised) with how they've grown.

First, I need to declare a conflict of interest: my son roasts coffee for V&V.
But that doesn't change the fact that their new space, along with the bourbon coffee, is AMAZING.
Add to that the presence of Hustle and Dough bakery and it's over the top!
Two of my favorites: a bourbon Americano (green coffee is aged in Blue Note bourbon barrels, then roasted!) Paired with H&D's raspberry pistachio hand pie.
But you could also get the drip, which is also great, along with the savory mushroom scone. Oh my!
I also enjoy the community in the lobby. I always meet someone new, either a traveler staying at the Arrive Hotel, or another local like me.

Excited for V&V to finally have a store front. The coffee is consistently fantastic and the space & service match that excellence. I ordered a drip coffee and enjoyed how comfortable the arrive lobby/V&V space was. I hope to see this place buzzing in the near future because it is awesome.

Lost one star because they took away my favorite drink from the menu! But they have nice baked goods made in house, as well as the lobby of the Arrive Hotel serves as a great lounge!

Super friendly people and tasteful decor. My coffee was extremely watered down and tasted old. Hope it was a one off thing because I've had their bagged coffee, which didn't taste like stale paper towels.

Neat space. Lots of comfy seating. The bags of coffee are priced on the higher end for Memphis, but the flavors are unique and the quality is excellent. Definitely a must for those with a passion for coffee

Very beautiful place, amazing seating and service.

Nice atmosphere with elegant décor. The latte I had with house made vanilla was very good!
The sign outside is small, the entrance we used was from Main Street.

Great coffee shop. The baked goods are legit! The iced bourbon coffee is wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed with a wonderfully open floorplan.
