The bagels were pretty good but it cost $2 extra for cream cheese

Waitress did not get multiple parts of our orders correct. Five people. At least that many mistakes. Food was good. Might have a better experience with a better server.

Go here often with hubby and FIL, and the food is always banging. Everything on the end is delicious and pretty inexpensive for the quality. If you haven't, you definitely need to try it!!!

Wish I could give it 10/5. Authentic New York Deli with the best Lox I’ve ever had. So glad to have a place like this in Memphis!

Since reopening., the service and food have gone down. The bagel I had yesterday was hard and could not be eaten. I asked for toast and it never arrived. The previous establishment - City East Bagel was better. I will not be returning.

Quick service, yet poor quality sandwich, especially when considering the price point. Ordered to-go and the sandwich toppings were wrong. Shocked at how small the sandwich is relative to the amount of plastic being used as packaging.

I ordered Avocado bagel...and there is NO avocado!

This reminds me of the local diners you see on movies! The food and customer service gives you that "comfort" feeling! Everything is takes as if its made from scratch, even the bagels!

The best deli in Memphis. Most fresh and home made food!!! Amazing chef, friendly staff. Yummy yummy in my tummy.
