Memphis Chess Club

I have been there last year. Combining chess and cafe is a genius I haven’t seen somewhere else in the US before.

Their coffee was quite good too.

Must-visit for cafe and coffee lovers.

I love the chess tournaments, and very friendly staff . The food is very good there salads are the best. So I give a 5 🌟

The atmosphere is amazing. Cool furnishings, comfortable seating, great food and all things chess make this my favorite hang out in Memphis.

Went to support my son "Devonte Truesdale" for "Music Knight" and the Atmosphere was so refreshing! I was given a tour and that Chocolate Chip Cookie....... WOW! The staff was Amazing and I am excited about taking my 9yr old daughter on Sundays at 1pm to learn Chess with other children ❤ Loved It!

Great pizza and coffee, great atmosphere. Absolutely stop in here when in memphis, go study and have a cup. 11/10

The his is a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee and play games with your friends, or get some work done.

Awesome atmosphere, and really great for the entire family.

Tons of games to play - my wife and I played a quick game if Clue while we drank our coffee and relaxed.

Comfortable seating, and of course - Chess!

I only gave it a 4-star for the simple reason that I had hoped there would be some signature drinks to choose from, and the wait was long as only one person was running everything. The coffee was very good, though.

I would definitely come back and bring some friends for a nice atmosphere.

I was there for a private event but food, made there, was great. Space was very warm and comfortable.. very lounge ish. And, service was very friendly and efficient.

What a great space and friendly atmosphere. I wish I lived in this town so I could join and play games here with friends.
