Einstein Bros. Bagels

Food was good and my coffee was good. However, my girlfriend ordered an iced vanilla Latte. When they called us up to get our food and drinks, her latte looked like black coffee. She asked if that was what she ordered, and the barista dismissed her and refused to help her get what she ordered. She was sent to the counter where she could fix it herself. Which didn't help because she didn't receive the right drink in the first place.

Hey I don’t like this place but I love it so much it’s my favorite bagel in Memphis and I was so happy when they open in stage road but they don’t stay that long I know it was to close to me but when u love something u don’t care how far it’s u can have it

We really enjoy their breakfast items. The service has always been excellent. I also wish that we could use the app for this location. The only absolute reason I don't give them 5 stars is, I feel that; at least for me they are expensive. Almost $7.00 for a delicious breakfast sandwich.

Great selection of bagels and the coffee is amazing but the best part of the experience is the staff who are always so polite and friendly and when they see you as a regular customer you are part of the family all around great place to stop

In the middle of staff shortage, fear, and anxiety, today I witnessed some of the most expression of team work! This place is fantastic, the staff is amazing, and their bagels are addictive.

Love this place, except for the coffee but then coffee is so much of an individual thing.
What I really don’t like is that Einstein’s has become a drive-thru only place. I think they have decided this is easier than serving customers dine-in. Oh well, it is what it is and I will return to dine on my favorite bagel if, and when, dine-in is resumed.

Been going here for a while and the staff have always been lovely to me. The food is forever fresh and I will continue to enjoy the hospitality.

Food can be great but is not always—sometimes burnt, sometimes inadequately topped—but the service is almost always terrible! The last straw for me was on a busy day I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese that was so hot it actually dropped off the bagel like soup made of cream cheese! When I complained, the staff said it was the bagel being toasted that caused that. NOT! A little toasting never melted stiff, cold cream cheese! I told them that it was because they were busy and left the cream cheese sitting out while they were using it (understandable but I still want mine cold, thanks). After that I started getting the cream cheese on the side and that seemed to solve the problem. Then they wanted to start charging me an extra $1.59 for a second 1oz cream cheese, making one bagel over $5. I told the manager, Kent, about the runny cream cheese experience and he basically called me a liar, insisting that they always stick the cream cheese in the refrigerator after use and that the toasting melted it. Now I go elsewhere for my bagels. Whatever the deal is, I don’t like being told I didn’t have the experience I just reported.

First timer...experience was not pleasant. I will say they were short staffed and informed the guests. The frustration and short tempers, however, were very apparent. My order was lost and then prepared wrong. Not a good experience so I'm debating if I will give it another try, probably not.

Today was my first time visiting. I'm so glad I did! I've never tried a bagel with lox before. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was really friendly and the prices are great. I'll definitely be back soon
