Einstein Bros. Bagels

Food was good but the staffing is absolutely terrible. The manager was so rude, acting like a child behind the counter to customers and the staff. She gave off the most unprofessional, disrespectful work ethic I've ever seen in a restraunt.

Everybody including the managers that work here are so personalityless. Everybody has a stone dry looking facial expression as if they DO NOT WANT TO EVEN WORK HERE.
I think the speciality bagels are too expensive to be that tiny and so greasy. I could oil my skin and hair from all the grease on the bagels. The bottomless coffee is the only good thing, and the entry room with the TV was extremely nice and relaxing in the winter time.
Now in the spring/summer time it looks and feels stupidly annoying since they have slid the collapsible doors open, and I'm pretty sure that the mosquitoes and flies will enjoy people's flesh and food as well seeing there is no more of a way to stop the outdoor elements from now getting inside.
Worst Einstein bros. in America. Avoid if POSSIBLE!

My order was dropped on the floor. But, hey, when it was remade it was ok. Great coffee; Caribou Coffee. Extremely overpriced but good food is worth it. Still... IT IS PRICEY.

Employees were rude, impatient and snatched the money out of mine hand when I was paying for my food at the register.

They should bring the pib back, and lower the prices on the bagels and pastries by a dollar, I'm still hungry by two bagels and already spent $7, that's non sensical.

Normally, the experience is pretty good. But if today's crew are there together much longer, that store will die. Someone doesn't know how to make the chai latte btw.

Best bagels in Memphis. Great customer service. They get busy because of that.

Amazing hashbrowns bagels. The six cheese bagels are awesome as well! Will definitely stop to take more back when I'm in town again!

Personable service, great bagels and coffee! I like the outdoor seating option as well.
