Very nice coffee shop. I had the standard coffee, Nicaraguan blend, medium roast and it was very tasty. Great place to meet with friends or just enjoy a cup or two on your own.

I was very disappointed with the service. They poured coffee into a glass instead of a mug, and the table was dirty and I cleaned it myself. I will never come here again.

Great coffee shop with plenty of choices outside of your typical coffee drinks. The vibe is great, a cool little converted garage area, and they know how to do a latte. Still not my favorite roaster here, but one of my top picks for a chill coffee shop.

Not impressed. Small mug of black coffee for $3 with no refills, no sugar free flavors, and very limited options in general.

My new favourite coffee shop in Knoxville! Very good chill vibes, great coffee and baked goods. A tad pricey but what you'd expect to pay at an upscale cafe. Not much more expensive than Starbucks.

Honeybee is my favorite go to place in Knoxville. Norris and the team are always working hard to ensure their guests have a great experience. I was never much of a coffee drinker before, but find myself making daily stops for the awesome honey lavender iced latte. I have made well over 20 visits since they've been open, and the I can say that the service is consistent. I can always count on friendly and attentive staff. Rachel is very genuine in her conversation and remembers people by first name. She is always busy and looking for ways to serve her guests. She brings a positive attitude to your day and is a hard worker. Norris (who I believe is the owner), is ALWAYS there. Most business owners don't work in store when they have staff that can handle it. However, he is always walking around, smiling, talking with guests and seeing how he can help. His interaction with his staff (from a customer's view) is very respectful and down to earth. This to me, says a lot about his character and the overall integrity of this Honeybee location. I am so thankful that they are here and wish them many many years of great success!!!

Super friendly staff. Great bakery, coffee, tea selections. Highly recommend stopping in if you're driving thru or local to the area!

Such a great spot to have a nice cup of coffee at has a really nice open area and even a smaller room in the back if you maybe have a large party. The coffee is great in the service is really good. The pastries weren't the most amazing but considering they were coming from a coffee house and not a bakery they hit the spot.

Just passing through Knoxville from PA. We love finding quality coffee shops as we travel, and Honneybee is one of the best we have stumbled upon. Roaster and tasting room on premises, super freshly roasted bags, friendly baristas, bright atmosphere, and the macadamia milk option is so unique! Can’t wait to try our natural process Rwanda at home :) The late and drip were both delicious. Also, very easy to hit quickly off 40 if you are passing through like us. Thanks, Honeybee!

Great coffee. I am pretty particular about good coffee and Honeybee did not disappoint. I only get to Knoxville one or two times a year, but I now have a favorite coffee shop that I will visit each time I am in town. It's even worth the drive if I'm not close by on business.
