Craft Beer Brewed & Served, see my picture (28 Oct).
- (single hop) XPA 5.6abv pretty good, slight hop on the nose very low bitter on the back end 12oz(?) (served in incorrect style tulip glass, a decent Pale a bit too lite for me) ; Ofest 5.5abv good, slight malt on the nose and very low on the back end 2oz(taster) (too lite for an O-Marzen but probably truer to what's served in Munich) ; Hazy IPA 7.3abv pretty good, slight fruit forward slight bitter on the back end 12oz(?) (served in incorrect style tulip glass, a decent Hazy but for this ABV there should be more)
- no signage for beer but brewing on a pickup truck , outdoor seating , good wifi , small food menu , some games and books available , dedicated parking , serving sizes prices are not clearly listed , 11 beer type things on tap today (3 are adjunct inspired malt beverages, no ABV above 7.5) , (service is only at the register, they can't be bothered with the rest of the counter) ,

Nice setup with undrinkable coffee. 3rd wave gone astray serving sour and bitter drinks with apathic attitudes. For a shop of this caliber it may be the worst coffee I have drank globally. As far as Knoxville goes its easily the worst coffee you will drink.

Great coffee, nice options, tasty baked goods, & Great service. I'll be back, for sure.

My wife and I check out microbreweries often, so we stopped by the Kingston Pike location. We go in and sit at the bar near what appeared to be beer taps. The place was pretty busy, but we noticed that noone was drinking beer, just coffee. And everyone was glued to a laptop working or doing homework. We sat at the bar for a few minutes, the staff never even made eye contact when they were in our vicinity. We left after attempting to get waited on multiple times. Definitely an odd place.

I really like their coffee and their breakfast burritos and other food items. I have gone in a few times and always feel like they aren't very friendly. There are never smiles or eye contact. I've seen them nicer to other customers in line -- just not me. I am trying to figure out why.

Barista took the order at the counter and proceeded to get "sidetracked" as she came out of the back about 5 minutes later still munching on food. Saw me look over and finally made the coffee, which she put on the counter, announced, then walked away. There was no other customer waiting. Just rude. Not the first aloof staffer we've encountered here.

**NOT DIABETIC FRIENDLY**
Not only are they not diabetic friendly and don’t offer any sugar free syrup options for their coffees but the coffee is subpar, at best. It is honestly more expensive and not as good as Starbucks which is sad. An iced mocha latte the size of a grande is $5… Don’t waste your time and money on mediocre coffee and service.

Really good lattes and a fun place to hang out when visiting Knoxville. Definitely check them out.

The brown sugar latte was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere!
