I currently live in Knoxville and came to visit family for the weekend so this was my first experience trying urbanhouse and it is seriously THE BEST coffee I’ve ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I came back this morning to get another coffee before I left. This will definitely be a place that I visit every time I come back to Henderson!

I live in Illinois and while in town visiting my parents mid December I stopped into Urban House for my caffeine fix. Great atmosphere. Owner and staff were very friendly, excellent service and great coffee. I had an awesome coffee drink called the chimney sweep. It was delicious. Went back a few days later and took my mom! Henderson is lucky to have such an awesome local coffee shop. Can't wait to return to Urban House on my next visit!

If you are looking for that "Third Place," Urban House is it! From the time you walk in, you feel welcome. The staff is friendly, and Robin never forgets a face. The espresso bar and food case is clean and sanitary. For the espresso conissure, all espresso based drinks are made with double shots of espresso that is smooth and rich. You can tell that Robin is passionate about what she's doing at Urban House. She cares about coffee and people and it shows.

Excellent coffee! The owner has such a desire to make every cup well and to serve the best quality she can. Excellent staff! Service was great and really got to know us and cared about who we were. Vision for their store and the city of Henderson is awesome! They are doing such great work.

I'm so happy that there is an incredible coffee shop right down the road from me now! The coffee is, by far, the best coffee I have ever had, which is why I go 5-6 times a week. Every drink and food they serve is super tasty. The staff is amazing. They take their time to get to know you. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers. If you've never been to UrbanHouse, you absolutely need to.

Once, I was a man free of caffeine addiction. Then UrbanHouse happened. I visit nearly every day. The coffee is top notch, the dessert options are ridiculously good, and it’s a genuinely cool atmosphere. Henderson desperately needed this place.
Granted, I’ve been around more than a few times, but walking in feels like an episode of Cheers. The owner and staff have become my friends and know my name and drink of choice. They are good, kind people.
Honestly, if you find yourself in Henderson and don’t visit UrbanHouse for espresso and their banana pudding (best I’ve ever had, I swear), you need to reconsider your life choices.

The espresso is high quality and absolutely delicious, incredible fresh hand crafted food (including KETO options!!), wonderful atmosphere of the historic building, the venue space is gorgeous and I can't wait until the beautiful courtyard is completed! The owners are great people who have poured their hearts and souls into this place, and you can definitely tell in everything done here. If you want quality, go to Urban House. It's an absolute gem in Henderson, and a must-try if you're visiting town!!

I travel for work and my territory is West TN. While traveling, I have to meet with various individuals in different locations and I recently had to meet with a client in Henderson. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nicest person who happened to be the owner, Ms Robin. Considering I had never attended, I wasn’t sure what to order, but Ms Robin generously informed me about all the wonderful items on the menu. I selected the nitro brew with their signature mojo and a homemade roll with chocolate syrup. The roll had the perfect texture and flavor. The nitro brew was literally perfect and probably the best I have ever tasted. It being nitro brew, Ms Robin made sure I knew how much caffeine was included and how strong it could be. That type of customer service is what I look for everywhere I attend. She also got to know me and my name and even shared the story of how UrbanHouse started. The vibe was comfortable and welcoming and I believe that’s key to a successful coffee shop. This place is the real deal and I highly recommend it to everyone. I am excited to attend again in the future.
