Best thing about Henderson is Urban House! Delicious fresh ingredients and wonderful atmosphere! Staff is super friendly and the cinnamon rolls are delicious. 10/10

From the moment I first walked through the door of Urban House I felt like a regular! I go more than once a week because I love the people, not just the [excellent] coffee. It’s not your typical drip coffee, nor is it anything like something you would find at a chain coffee store like Starbucks. Which I used to LOVE. I went in and told Robin, the owner/head barista, what I liked and she mixed something up for me that fit my dietary restrictions AND was delicious. It’s my regular! She knows my name, my kids names, my husbands name, and she has prayed with me. This isn’t just a coffee shop, this is a place I go to be recharged emotionally and spiritually-not just for my caffeine fix 😉 if you find yourself in Henderson and you DON’T stop here, you’re missing out on more than just a cup of gourmet coffee. You’re missing out on connecting with some really excellent people.

We had an americano, latte, and "the buzz". Made to order. We all had "eagle eye" toast.

The place had a modern feal. Very clean with new college students coming in from the local college.

Overall, worth the drive.

Above and beyond customer service. Definitely top notch. Welcomed and made to feel at home when you first enter the establishment. Amazing atmosphere with addition of amazing specialty coffee and food. They created a raving fan and will definitely being a returning customer!

The only craft coffee in Henderson. I was beyond excited when they opened. Between their coffee, grilled cheeses, avocado toasts, other drinks, customer service, and atmosphere, they are my favorite place to eat in the Jackson area.

Great espresso, particularly considering how small of a town it is in. The beans are roasted as locally as you could hope for and the staff makes good use of them. I highly recommend stopping by for the double espresso if you are in the area, you won’t find a better shot in Southern West Tennessee outside of Memphis.

I love coming to Urban House!! They are so friendly and consistently aim to put their customers first. I enjoy how they are constantly updating their menu to have seasonal fun drinks, and new food items. What a great addition to our Henderson community!!

I purchased an americano it tasted slightly scaled and the service was slow for the number of people working. The cashier seemed offended and came off pretentious when a young man behind me asked for a regular coffee. I feel she should have used a different tone to explain to him that drip coffee wasn't on the menu but an americano is similar to it. I'm hoping today was just a bad day. I understand that we all have those from time to time. I'll stop by again sometime to give them another chance

Everything is great, but I highly recommend a cold brew with a shot of mojo or if you want hot get an Americano with an extra shot of espresso! I am in town every Monday for work! Always stop by at least once for that Monday pick me up! I'm always amazed at how friendly they are just as if I came in every day or was part of the family!
