423 Coffee and Mercantile

I don’t even want to give one star. This place is so poorly run. I ordered a latte and 45 minutes later had to walk out without it. Not a sorry or anything from the staff. This place will never make it.

The workers are fun, and the coffee was amazing. Had a great time here. We will definitely be returning.

The lady in the drive-thru was rude and acted like it was a bother to take my order. She never smiled at me or the lady in front of me.

Lovely shop and wonderful customer service. Really appreciated the quality ingredients in both the ice cream and coffee.

We waited for 30 minutes and nobody answered. We were the only one there and we even honked. It was our first time coming to this place so we will give it another chance, but we will see what the out come is.

When you wait for 45 min and never receive your coffee or refund. Don’t waste your time and money at the coffee place
