4 members of staff standing around without making contact and not a nother customer around. Order for omelette way off, food very salty and staff makes statements of food delivery to table and no follow thru.

McGavock's coffee is DELICIOUS! The barista Ashley made me a great iced mocha latte. Her and the other barista Karlie are so sweet and bring so much joy to the atmosphere. Great lighting and a perfect place to do work too!

Awful service got my order wrong, we were sitting outside amongst dirty tables. My coffee sat inside until we went in and got it. My salad had huge chucks of salt?? We had breakfast.

I really enjoy this coffee shop. They have a nice outdoor area that’s great in the morning. They also have good food options. Friendly service too!

Very cute establishment, adorable ambience with classy design tastes, comfortable seating, and that’s it… coffee was bitter and burnt, boba balls were raw and undercooked in the teas, food was mediocre, service was very very slow, and all in all extremely expensive. A few drinks, a few bagels and an entree (which took 35 minutes after ordering to arrive at the table) came with a $70 tab… 😳 The price of excellence yet excellent at absolutely and unconditionally, nothing…

All I stopped in for was some coffee. They were a little busy, but all the food they put out looked and smelled fantastic, superb customer service, and this cup of coffee is delicious!

Great little coffee shop located downtown Franklin. If you’re anywhere near the area, definitely recommend parking and walking around while sipping on some coffee.

I was hesitant to have breakfast here - hotel food typically isn’t my favorite. But my husband wanted a quick breakfast before heading out. I must admit, I was wrong (not something I admit often). The food was delicious, the coffee great and the service fast and friendly.. I would definitely say it’s a better breakfast option than some of the other more famous breakfast options in downtown Franklin.

Gentlemen. This is a date spot review. My girlfriend and I had our first date here. If you are looking for a good first date spot for coffee and want to impress her. Bring her here! Great coffee. Friendly staff. The vibes are the best part, and it’s busy, so it helps opening up conversation. I can’t help you dress like a man or take initiative but I hope this helps in your date spot selection!
