This place looks great, but neither the coffee or the food lived up to the aesthetics. The breakfast sandwich was alright, but lettuce on a breakfast sandwich is a weird choice. The avocado toast looks great but wasn’t made to be eaten, just to look good. Big chunks of feta, radish slices on one corner doesn’t taste great. Açaí bowl was completely frozen in the center, and the overnight oats were just milk with oats. The espresso drinks weren’t worth drinking. The baked goods were pretty good, but that’s about it.

I rarely leave bad reviews but felt the management should know how bad the customer service was this morning at coffee and coconuts. Came in with my mom and waited at the cash register to order a coffee. No one was in line in front of us. There were 4 people behind the counter, made eye contact with Atleast 2 people. No one greeted us, smiled or acknowledged we were there. Waited about 3 -4 min to order, still nothing. We were so surprised , that we walked out and left.
Unfortunately we will not be back to this establishment.

I tried Coffee and Coconuts once last year after moving to the area and was not impressed by their chai latte. However, today I decided to drop in a give them another try and I’m so glad I did! The establishment itself is cutely decorated and the staff was very friendly and today’s latte was out of this world. I’ll definitely be stopping by regularly from now on.

The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating.
The environment is cozy and well-kept.
The coffee is phenomenal, and even if you're not a coffee drinker there are plenty of other drinks on the menu for you.
The food is tasty and fresh with multiple gluten-free options.
There is something for everyone at Coffee & Coconuts!

Loved the atmosphere! (Amazing music choices) Everyone working was so sweet, and the coffee was incredible. Very clean, great place to work or hang out. Food and coffee is 11/10.

I can NOT say enough good things about this place!!! This was, by far, one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at a coffee place!! The staff was super friendly and the coffee was DEVINE!! I would recommend the cappuccino with white mocha and vanilla bourbon. The location was super nice and convenient for short little strolls and the shop itself was SO cute and inviting!! I LOVE it!! The next time we are in TN, Franklin or not, we will be making a trip here!!

Really cute coffee shop with awesome menu items, but shop is small and we couldn’t find a place to sit. I spent $20 on 3 very average coffees, and prices weren’t listed. The baristas were young and seemed very overwhelmed. Wanted to love it but didn’t have the best experience! :(

This is one of our favorite places for breakfast!! Everything we’ve tried has been delicious & very fresh!! They have the most unique & BEST avocado toast I’ve ever had! Their açaí bowls are excellent too!! And the panini is big & very satisfying!!
Regular coffee is good, but their lattes & cappuccinos are awesome! The staff is always friendly!

Yummy coffee, bright inspiring environment, family friendly with beach like atmosphere. Ms. Ann spoke with me awhile and was a true blessing! Loves my first time here!
