Absolutely outstanding! Deliciously authentic food in a wonderfully quaint atmosphere, served by the most beautifully sweet family. I hesitate to call what they serve "pizza" because it's too good to be lumped in with other pizza places in town. We really felt like we were back in Italy, reclining tableside with great food and great conversation with the people around us and the proprietors themselves. Can't wait to go back!

I was really excited to try this….but was disappointed. We waited 1 hour 50 minutes to eat.. A couple came in 30 min after us. Apparently they weren’t aware that they had to pre-order and they sat there for about five minutes. The owner felt bad that they didn’t know and they got their food before us. I’m not sure what kind of “experience” I’m supposed to experience there. It was kind of confusing and chaotic. The pizza crust was good. It is very thin on bottom though and we were hungry an hour later.
I appreciate what they are trying to do but maybe an appetizer or some bread if you have people wait hours until they can eat. I didn’t think it was worth the time we waited. We might give them another chance if they offer more things to eat and they are open for a while longer to get things running more smoothly.

Best pizza in Crossville - hands down. Run by a wonderful family, Nicoletta's has amazing pizza and wonderful cafe style beverages. Keep in mind that it's a smaller restaurant so you may have to wait but it's absolutely worth it! They aren't yet doing take out and their hours won't change for a while but this is a place worth making a special trip for.

After getting in for lunch I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars or should I say 5🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕. The food was excellent and watching the process of our pizza being made it was truly a work of art from a master. It was so refreshing to see a family run business where father mother daughter and son all worked in unison the children were very polite and professional. Mom and Dad should be proud. I wish them good luck and hope they stay in Crossville for a long time to come

This is a newer establishment in Crossville, TN. I love the coziness of the place. Cozy, but not too small. Music adds to the ambiance without it being the stereotype Italian music. The only downfall is choices. You either order exactly what the stated specials are, or you pick something else. It is a smaller establishment, so I do understand that all items are preportioned and substitutions may be costly. The crust of their pizza is solid! Love the method they use. However, with the olive oil base it made the pizza so soggy that you had to use a fork, or fold it over a few times. The flavor profile was excellent. I would have liked to ordered additional toppings but understood that it was not an option. Sadly, my 14yo son who loves pizza would probably not like this place, but as a grown-up (hahaaha) it is quite enjoyable.

Wonderful little cafe, cozy atmosphere with limited seating. Beautifully decorated with plush cozy chairs and the finest cups, mugs and glasses. The chef owner was attentive and pleasant to talk to and to watch him work.
We loved trying the dolce matcha, Italian soda, the shakarato, and the macchiato, all of which we great.
I love to support family owned businesses in Crossville and we can't wait to come back and try the pizza and more drinks on a date night!

What a gem! This family run cafe and pizzeria in Crossville is a delightful place for a lovey time to relax and enjoy a long conversation over good coffee offerings and to watch your pizza being handcrafted while talking with the chef! Plan to spend time…you won’t be disappointed!

Seriously check this place out! Best cappuccino I've ever had. I just dropped in for coffee so I didn't try the pizza this go round, but it looked amazing. Great atmosphere and the family is so sincerely grateful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

A great addition to Crossville! I came in with high expectations, and they were exceeded! Never going to be the fastest pizza option in town, but that’s also the point! Relax, have a cappuccino, and you will not be disappointed!

Food was spectacular....but two hours to get a small pizza is too much! The guy making the pizzas likes to talk. I get it, good business to yap with the customers, but come on!! Make the pizza!!
