Cream City Ice Cream & Coffee House

When I found out we were going to Cookeville I just KNEW we had to stop. And I'm sure glad we did. This place not only has some of the best ice cream I've ever had it also is one of the coolest places I've been to. You can eat your ice cream outside under the giant iconic cream city sign or you can eat inside in the chill atmosphere surrounded by Cookeville history and happy families. This is a MUST-GO place.

Incredible prices, great and delicious ice cream selection, coffee, teas, something for everyone!! Super cute atmosphere. Love this place!!

Ice cream was good. Staff was very unfriendly. Kind of run down. There were no napkins for customers.

The ice cream here is good and especially with the waffle cones. It is definitely filling, so make sure you leave some room in your tummy for this treat. The prices are a little higher than other ice cream places in town, but being by the historic train depot is worth it.

Also like that the fact that they had gotten the traditional "Cream City" ice cream lit sign working again. Thanks Cream City for bringing a traditional town favorite back to life again. I have some friends of the family who went to TTU back in the 60's and enjoyed going to Cream City back then.

Stopped here after a long hike at Cummings Falls. The ice cream was delicious. I got the Butterscotch flavor. I would totally get that flavor again. Got 2 scoops, which is PLENTY of ice cream to meet your needs.

Very yummy ice cream, black cherry was delicious .. Lots to choose from. Cute shop, downtown, cool signs and town. They also have variety of coffee drinks. Outside chairs to sit in and enjoy your cone.. Loved it...

It's a good stop after strolling around the city. Great tastes. Has varieties. Has both inside and outside seats.
