Plumb Line Coffee

The coffee here is not good. My wife and I ordered a Mocha Latte and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate foam was too thick. The hot chocolate taste was thin and lacking a full chocolate experience. Mocha Latte I ordered was made with dark chocolate mocha. The dark chocolate mocha is absolutely a not good drink. The owner dictates that the customers and baristas can't change the recipes of the drinks. I did not have a different chocolate/mocha option. The baristas refused to change the drink recipe. I returned the dark chocolate mocha and asked for a regular cup of coffee. The regular cup of coffee tasted dry and lacking good overall flavor. We spent over $8 for these two drinks. We will not be going back.

Seriously this coffee shop is amazing! I’ve lived in a lot of places and hands down Plumb Line has the best tasting coffee, these people are so devoted to their craft and giving you an amazing finished product it pulls them in front of all others (no joke). Highly suggest making a trip over and they are super nice and so down to earth!

I am a huge fan! The staff is always incredible, the owners are very nice, and the coffee is the best i have had in Clarksville! I set up a lot of meetings through out the week to grab coffee with realtors and potential home buyers. I always start by asking, have you ever tried Plumb Line? If the answer is no, then i let them know that is where we must schedule our meeting! A good friend shared it with me and I am just paying it forward!

We had a wonderful experience at this place! The service, coffee, & ambiance were all perfect in our experience. We will be back!

Honestly, hands down the BEST coffee in town. I might be a coffee snob, just a little and I love to support local. Thing is, they care about the product and the consumer. They are a little pricier then your run of the mill coffee but its because it's BETTER. It's organic and not pumped full of chemicals and not going to give you type 2 diabetes from the amount of sugar they put in it. :)
Let's look past their amazing coffee for just a sec... The shop is so cute and the perfect place for my little family on a weekend OR for me to come get some work done during the week. And the owners are just top notch. We need more people like this in our town. More small business! Not to mention, every single time I step foot in there, all I here is encouraging talk from every employee and patron. That's something we ALL need more of.
Do yourself a favor, go support this coffee shop! You will NOT be disappointed. Grab yourself an iced cuban. It is on point!

Ordered Curbside when they had first opened one morning and called to them where I had parked. They were so nice on the phone. My order came out swiftly and the girl that brought it out was so sweet! Every experience I’ve had with this coffee shop has been great. Can’t wait until they are able to re-open their doors!

I love Plumb Line coffee! The lattes are my favorite, superb to say the least! It leaves you wanting more! They have a quiet and calm atmosphere with kind staff. I recommend this place to any coffee lover! Don't drive to Nashville..come on over to Plumb Line in Clarksville!

Plumb Line Coffee has delicious coffee and drinks and I absolutely love the atmosphere inside. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, overall such a great experience and we are very excited to go back!

Love this place! I enjoy having a Cuban latte during my studies here. The ambiance is warm and inviting. Staff are friendly. Their specialized seasonal lattes are creative and delicious.

Overall: highly mediocre.

As far as hipster coffee shops go this one is average. Has some really creative drinks that are worth exploring... For a price. Definitely not cheap. They do well at the staples (mocha, espresso, black coffee) but thats about the extent of it.

Christian gospel music at all times. That gets old if you're a godless heathen. Otherwise the place is clean and comfortable. Really like the layout and decor. Please just change the music and I'd even dine in and continue to order drinks for an extended period of time.

Service is friendly and helpful. Good thing because I waited about 15 minutes for an iced mocha while the staff were being helpful and friendly with other customers.

Will definitely come here if I'm near by but will never go out of my way for a visit.
