Golly G's Coffee, Ice Cream & Sweets

I mean how do you rate a sweet shop it's full of sweet delicious stuff that instantly destroys your diet and I hardly ever get it because of the lack of sugar free ice cream options but my wife and kids love it my only complaint is the drive through is super slow I wonder if they are actually making the ice cream from scratch as you order it! But it's Golly G's and obviously we all will take our chances with the super slow drive thru for that sweetness!

Their ice cream is soooooo good. Its been so long time since I had ice cream this smooth ...and creamy!!!

The staff are nice, but it’s not enough to make this my regular spot like it used to be. This is the only place I’m aware of in town that offers a Cuban ( espresso with sweetened condensed milk) which is why I go here.

However my last few visits have disappointed me. Today I went and was at the window waiting 15 minutes for one Cuban because the barista had an order before mine for four lattes.

After being told twice that she was working on mine, and waiting again, I made mention that other establishments don’t take that long with tons of people ordering and waiting. I was told Starbucks has many espresso machines, they have one and that’s the reason🧐🤨.

So 5 lattes mean a 23 minute wait? On top of that the drink was really bitter this time almost a burnt taste.

Oh gosh, this place is amazing. They have some very unique coffee offerings and many different types of amazing desserts. The cinnamon rolls are a favorite because they are fresh and HUGE! In addition, they have a nice selection of ice creams which serve as a great addition to the baked goods. I would recommend the sunflower if you're trying to find a new coffee flavor to fall in love with.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! They have such an amazing selection of hot & cold drinks, a wonderful variety of ice cream treats and baked goods, as well. I would LOVE to get their cinnamon bun EVERY time I go but, alas, I can't. I am a diabetic so that has to be planned for and, honestly, I should get written permission from my Doctor! LOL
Seriously, though, you cannot go wrong stopping in here ... whether at the Pleasant View location, the shop on 41 or the location in Downtown Clarksville, on The Commons. Staff is largely made up of young people but they are always SO attentive and kind, too! I can't speak highly enough of Golly G's .......

This was our first visit to Golly G's. They were recommend by a neighbor. What a great recommendation it was. The Ice cream is probably the best in town. Super fresh and tasty. We also bought their cinnamon roll. I think it was the best cinnamon roll that I've ever had. My wife loved It too. We will be back soon with family and friends.

It’s ice cream, y’all. Hard to miss.

We love their sugar cookies! What we don't like about them is the shapes are sometimes small like half a cookie colored like a watermelon, the price is still the same as a committee 2x as big.. the pecan sticky bun was a little dry. My kids love the strawberry ice cream!

Some of the best homemade ice cream I’ve ever had. Recommend their “Red Velvet”.

Drove 52 min. for what was supposed to be great ice cream--knowing dining was closed--and upon arriving at the drive thru, we were told there was a 2 shake max per order. Well, that does no good for a family of 4. As it turned out, dining was open but full....and definitely not 6 feet apart anyways. Not giving my money to this business....EVER.
