Bruegger's Bagels

Ran out of bagels, 4 total bagels left in the entire store. The one bagel we did get was cut sloppy and was not even close to toasted. The few times we have been in the staff is super disorganized and customer service is not on the top of their list.

If you have allergies don't visit this store. My cousin has tomatoe allergies and reacts severely if she eats or even touches them. We notified the staff and asked them to be careful not to contaminate our bagels. One of the employees put on clean glove, but then touched the counter where they just cut a tomatoe sand. When I pointed it out, the other employee picked up the countertop and rammed it down to the end of the counter. Then I was asked why we were there? so needless to say we left. Sucks cause I really wanted a bagel☹️ Too bad they don't meet the standards of the store in Madison MS.

I'm a fan of New York style bagels, the ones they boil then bake. Simply the best kind and not like a roll or piece of bread. Bruegger's has the best bagels. Their everything bagel is my favorite and loaded top and bottom with toppings. Delicious!

The employees were slammed and kept their cool. They got our order correct even with a couple special requests. I appreciate how hard they worked.

Lovely older lady and newer young lady, both as pleasant as could be, always friendly. Nice neighborhood place to drop into.( Ladies bathroom did need paper towels in the machine not on top of it).

The food here is wonderful. The staff is always friendly. The only reason it gets four stars instead of five is that the cleanliness of the dining room and restroom wasn't up to snuff.

Five stars for food...1.5 for employees. Every single one had a mask well below nose. They struggled with food orders and couldn't work the register.

I love bruegger’s but the employees at the one in Brentwood need to get it together. I understand they get busy from the church crowds on a Sunday but that doesn’t mean you have to just slap some messy bagel with hardly any ingredients on it together. Especially the kid Collin, just calm down, there’s no reason to be that stressed. It’s just bagels

Dimly lit and rather dirty. I wouldn't want to eat inside.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance so many times buts it’s always a struggle to get out of there without a huge back up. Today I ordered an egg white wrap to go. There was no egg. Just sauce and cheese in a wrap. Cmon guys.
