Bruegger's Bagels

Still not open for dine in for some reason? Used to go and hang out for the nice atmosphere and coffee refills. Not really worth it for just a to go only order. Would rather go hang out somewhere where we can sit and eat

We used to come here all the time for breakfast but you guys have definitely gone downhill. Employees aren’t trained.. restrooms are dirty and have no toilet paper, tables are dirty, booths are torn up. Even the glass on the doors is filthy. This used to be a great place to enjoy an quick quality bagel sandwich. What’s happened?

Here Sunday at 12:30. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and almost out of food.

They said they were out of bagels because of a "big order" but did not offer a time line for replenishing. The only bagels they had were wheat. I tried to order an egg white bagel on wheat with no meat for my wife but they put sausage on it.

Based on this I tried to switch gears and order soup instead -- no dice. They are out of that as well.

Brugers used to be good, but I'm afraid those days may be past.

Update — went in again about a year later. They have food now, which is good, and the staff is cheerful and friendly, which is also good.

The service is still terribly slow - once we got to the front of the line, it still took an additional 20 minutes to get 3 bagel sandwiches (standard, not customized) and 2 toasted bagels. The facilities are also pretty much a mess — the bathrooms in particular.

such a kind staff here!! line was long but they were quick and efficient so it barely took any time at all. bagels taste wonderful too :-)

Great bagels if you can get a hold of someone. Many times have attempted to call to place an order for pick-up given the Covid crisis except no one answers the phone. Secondly, you can't seem to place an order on their app without having to buy one of their bundles. I wanted to just place an order of 2 dozen everything bagels on their app, but you can't do that. Poorly run business.

In town and was super excited to grab one of my favorite bagels (rosemary olive oil). I frequented the Belle Meade location almost daily when I lived in Nashville but I was close to this location so I thought I'd go here.

The lady asked for my order while cleaning the cutting board with some kind of red bucket solution... she didn't wash her hands before grabbing the only rosemary olive oil bagel! She cut it after looking at the knife for a couple seconds wondering if she should have cleaned it from the whatever cream cheese that was cut from the previous bagel. I was cringing and wondering if I should just leave as I was disgusted by the cross contamination. Then, an older gentleman customer gave her a couple dollars as a "tip" and she reached for it and placed it in her back pocket. She didn't wash her hands and grabbed my bagel from the toaster. I apologized and said I'm sorry I can't eat that bagel. And walked out. Extremely disappointed. Even if you're busy at 11am on a Sunday you should know not to handle chemicals or money without washing your hands before touching someone's food.

The bagels are pretty good, but the cream cheese always seems to have a little flavor of onions - don't know if they keep it in the same container or if the knife used to spread the cream cheese on the plain bagels is the same as the one used for onion bagels and spreads? Otherwise it's a good place for a quick breakfast.

BEST BAGELS IN US. Wonderful genuine deli-oriented employees. Food quality is tops. Service tops. SUPER CLEAN. BEST COFFEE. Perfect low noise reducing music. Strongly recommend eating here.

They will not answer the phone. I was there in January the girl was put out that I took so many bagels 2 dozen and told me I should call ahead next time. I have tried and they aren't picking up. In the past they have been great. I live out of state and get Bruegger's bagels anytime I can when traveling.

The only person out of 4 working was the poor woman making all the sandwiches. She was great! The Mgr and 3 other people just stood around. The line was almost out the door. That was today at 10:30- a Saturday morning!
