St. John Scoops

Finally found a homemade ice cream shop. They have a diverse flavor range and the ones we got were pretty tasty. Decadent mint and refreshing guava. I try a TON of ice cream and this checked all the boxes of taste, texture, quantity and price. Definitely recommended if you're nearby. Yummy ice cream.

Hmm, checking the reviews to decide if you should go? Yes! Absolutely, you should go try Scoops! But expect a long line but long lines and ice cream kinda go together especially if it’s a really good ice cream place. You can’t go wrong, they have cones, cups, waffle cones and they even have ice cream for adults.

After a fabulous week in St John commenting on how pleasant everyone we encountered was- the illusion was ruined by the extremely rude girl working at Scoops. She visibly hated her job! We arrived ten minutes before closing and she couldn’t be more hateful. Ice cream was nothing special although the guava ice cream was unique. We thought maybe we annoyed her because we arrived near closing however multiple patrons sitting outside eating ice cream said the same thing. Do not recommend 😟

Honestly just bad ice cream. Utterly overpriced for barely any ice cream, these cups are the Sam all eat things especially for 7 dollars for a Single scoop. Not just that, there are simple flavors that don’t taste good and the toppings aren’t good. I got a white chocolate sauce, yet it was obviously butterscotch. Overall just not good, do not recommend at all.

Slow service. Waffle cone was tasty. Not a lot of flavors to choose from. There were some interesting island beer available.

Flavors were great but the “scoops” were smaller than my palm. For the price of $6 they don’t give you much.

Delicious. A little disappointed they only had 4 flavors but waffle cone was great as was the chocolate and strawberry ice cream.

Ice cream + the their homemade waffle cone is very delicious! We had the salted caramel and a toasted coconut in a waffle cone, and also double scoop of painkiller in a cup. :)

Loved the ice cream. We tried the double chocolate chip and mango. The waffle cone was also really good and customer service was great. Make sure you stop here for ice cream!

Amazing home-made ice cream, we stop by almost daily when we are here. The new coffee shop was delicious too! The sweet girl made a horchata latte and it was to die for!
