If you're traveling on the interstate this is the best stop for coffee breakfast

Smoothie straw was too small, can't even drink the smoothie, the smoothie has way too much sugar

We stayed the night in Spearfish and looked forward to having breakfast at the Mill Iron because previously we went there with our niece and her husband and the experience was good and we enjoyed the friendly owners and the atmosphere. This time however the experience was less than enjoyable. The coffee was very good but we waited approximately a half an hour for our breakfast. The two ladies that were in there passed by us a few times and didn't notice we sat there without food. My husband finally went up to ask where our breakfast was. She brought it out and said it was in the warming oven this whole time. No restitution or offer of taking care of our meal, was made. Not that we wanted a free meal it just would've made the experience a nice one. We don't want to discourage anyone from going there because it is a good place to have coffee and the food I'm sure, is good. I couldn't eat mine because it tasted like it had been sitting in the warming oven for a while. Hopefully this will help to improve the service.

“This is the start of something…” is what my girlfriend said to me today after we were served our meal. I couldn’t agree more. As far as either of us can tell, this is the first healthy, modern restaurant/cafe that we’ve come across in the Black Hills close to Sturgis. The food, the vibe, the hospitality: all 5 stars. Bravo, guys

Only thing I could possibly complain about would be it took about an hour to get our order but was totally worth it.

Go here immediately and try a burger for lunch - fresh fast and very delicious!

We love going to Caverna and trying all the new food items on their menu! All the homemade toppings, sauces and local/fresh grown greens have been so good!!

3 stars for the food and drink.
But 5 stars for the staff there, really nice !!
