Dawn, our waitress was amazing! Especially her smile. Food was home made style delicious!

The new on-line wait system needs some work. Their new system said our expected wait was 15 minutes. Forty-five minutes later, we were seated. The kiddos were not happy, neither was grandma. Food, service and atmosphere was terrific as always. Wow have the menu prices increased! As expensive as eating out for dinner. Expect the most expensive breakfast bill you've ever seen. The place was packed though!

I wish to express my disappointment in the direction of the pancake house. The last several times I have eaten there with my family, the atmosphere was not inviting. The hostess looked overwhelmed and un approachable and the waitresses looked overworked and rushed. Our waitress tried to be pleasant but was in a hurry to move on. We have eaten there many times and so I'm not liking the direction this restaurant is taking. Please review your policies and consider giving your employees a special thanks for working so hard and return to the usual pleasant atmosphere that you used to have.

Wanted to go here with my sister and her hubby so had to get put on the waiting list. Not many people turn away from that waiting list, and for good reason! Once we got seated after approximately the same time that was estimated, the coffee (amazing coffee) kept coming. Soon after we order was not long before our food came out!! Highly recommend this place for anyone who's never been! The German Dutch pancake or whatever it's called was so good I didn't need to even put syrup on it and I love my syrup!! Also their omelettes are EVERYTHING you will love

Amazing experience. There was a wait for Brunch, but accurate time.
Now to the food. We had Huevos Rancheros and a stack of Pancake with bottomless coffee. You can see the pictures, they tasted as good as it looks. Jeremy our Wait Staff did a fabulous job.
A must visit place in Sioux Falls, SD.

Food was great and service was too. The namesake pancakes were awesome Biscuits and gravy and the stuffed hash browns 👍🏼👍🏼

Checked in at 10:20 when we got the text our table was ready. Proceeded to wait until 11:03 to be seated. The workers up front weren’t even going off waitlist they were just asking for random parties of 2,3. I was the first one at the desk when they asked for a party of 3 and they proceeded to seat 4 other groups before us. Was told to wait at the desk and the next table was ours. 3 more parties got seated before we did. There looked like absolutely zero communication between the workers whatsoever.

The food and service here were outstanding! The food was great and in very large portions. I thought it was odd that they charged extra for hashbrowns where most places include it in the price, but after seeing the size of the omelet I ordered I realized I really didn't need it. This is a great place to stop for some awesome breakfast food items!

A true staple of Sioux Falls and honestly the most incredible breakfast food I’ve ever had the pleasure to eat. Friendly staff with a fresh bounty of food. From fresh squeezed orange juice to the juiciest thick bacon you’ve had, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed by the OPH.
