I love a good life experience and the pump house is definitely one of those. Toni is a great instructor! Coffee tastes amazing! I'm a repeat customer for sure!

Stopped here for breakfast during our stay at Deadwood. Really a neat little shop and the food was good. Hand blown glass next door in the shop was fun to watch too. Not much for special diet so I didn't get to eat but my family enjoyed it. Recommended!!

The food is decent. The cinnamon roll is good, but too much icing. The bagel sandwich was also good, but the eggs are not scrambled but fried solid and flat. The glass blowing however is awesome.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family (myself, my two older parents, spouse and three kids) and I received the absolute worst service here. The young woman working the counter (brunette) repeatedly asked my wife, who is Latina, if “that was it” after she was sharing her order. (My wife being Latina is relevant as I am white, along with my parents, witnessing and experiencing this.) The entire time she was in a sour attitude and made us feel put out. We ate out on the patio and when she brought our food, she literally threw it on the table and walked away. There were 5 sandwiches and chip bags just flung at our kids. She said nothing and quickly walked away. 10 minutes later, she brought another table’s food out (they were white), was delightfully pleasant and said with a smile “enjoy your meal!” And walked away. After we finished eating the worst sandwiches ever created, I went inside to share my experience with the woman, to which she denied everything. She said she “had a lot going on” and that she did not throw the food at us, nor did she make us feel put out. I then asked for her manager’s name and phone number. I left the dining area inside and tried to go back in to retrieve the manager’s name, but the woman had locked us out and started playing music very loudly, as if we posed as a threat to her and didn’t want us to return. This was all at 2 pm, 3 hours before their posted hours said they were supposed to close. I went around to the drive thru window and she opened it, gave me the manager’s name again and slammed the window shut. I tried calling, but the mailbox was conveniently full.
Do not eat here. Do not eat here if you are brown. Do not eat here if you love someone who is brown. Do not eat here if you value being treated like a human. Do not eat here even if you want a decent sandwich.

Amazing coffee and pastries and incredible staff. Awesome to watch glass blowing and sit outside. Best place to visit in Deadwood for the whole family!!! LOVED IT!!!

Great service, really good coffee, cool decor, good music on the radio (Johnny Cash), and nice things for sale. 10/10 would recommend.

The coffee was cool but the atmosphere and decor made it such a legit American experience. It was a nice end to our mini stop along deadwood. They were also blowing glass next to the cafe which was a nice show and drink.

Very nice place. They were out of chicken salad. They do need to update their online menu. We got bacon chicken ranch-super good.

Just stopped in for caffeine but this has become my favorite quick stop while in South Dakota. Solid cappuccino, amazing staff, really cool pump station decor, the small of wood fire, plus glass blowing. Like, what???? Absolutely coming back.
And six minute parking for a nickle right down the street. This defintely isnt Chicago and it's grand.
