I stopped at Calamity Jane on my way out of town for a cappuccino and a quick breakfast. Prices were reasonable and their hot menu was extensive. I was not very hungry because of the large dinner the night before, but I would have liked to try some of the pastries.

I got the Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs and a cappuccino with skim milk. The cappuccino was VERY foamy, just the way that I like. I did not try any other breakfast places in Custer but I can confirm that this one is top notch.

This town surprised me at every turn, which includes this delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. I wish I had grabbed a T-Shirt

Cute themed coffee shop with good coffee located on the main stretch of Custer downtown. Seems like a chill place to hang out. Food was underwhelming. Not bad, just didn't knock our socks off. We got the Chicken Philly Sandwich and the Chicken Tenders. We liked the potato salad side.

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday, almost by accident. The frontage suggests more of a place to drink than eat, and hides the fact that the burgers here (I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with bison pattie) counts as amongst the best I've ever tasted . Staff were attentive and friendly, and the price more than reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Best coffee we had in South Dakota! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Had a Huckleberry latte and then got to try a huckleberry lavender latte. Both were incredible. Not syrupy sweet but perfectly balanced. Don't skip the breakfast sandwiches. Fresh and made to order. Great way to start the day!

Love love LOVE this place!! The coffee is very well made and delicious, and so is the food. I have tried several of the menu items now and I haven’t had a single bad thing here. That’s including breakfast AND lunch/dinner. If you’re wondering about the pork fritter sandwich- it’s to die for. The staff is super friendly and quick. Has great hours and is one of the few restaurants in Custer without weird winter hours. (Winter hours are different but they’re normal). 10/10 would recommend.

Best coffee in the Black Hills! Very kind people helping you here, and our breakfast was delicious. Of particular note, the sausage patty served with the biscuit and gravy was unusually good, perfectly seasoned... Not sure if it's an in-house recipe or not but I've never had a sausage patty that compares. Definitely will be back!

My brother and I visited your coffee shop two or three times for lunch and once for breakfast back in August. I had to come back a second time for your chicken strips with French fries for lunch that was out of this world. I will be sure to visit again next August when I return to go camping and fishing at Deerfield with family. Food and service was excellent.

I been anxious in waiting to try this place for breakfast. I finally was able to eat my breakfast here. I was told this is the best place for biscuits and gravy. Sadly the gravy tasted like it came from a can and it had a gritty texture to it. My scramble eggs had this gritty gravy all over it. I won’t be coming back here.

Nice spot for a coffee.
The coffee was good.
The scone was really just a scone shaped muffin.

Such efficiency and delicious options. Coffee and latte and cappuccino and espresso! Delicious bagels, many flavors of cream cheese. Fastest food service ever. Check out the wine and merch!
