Kessler's

Clean. Great selection of produce. Freshly butchered meats. Long lines at multiple cash registers. Food prices HIGHER than most people expect from the Kessler's name is my only negative, because it directly affects my food budget.

Nice place to shop. It has delicious food at the bakery. Such as cake, donuts, pie, cookies, different types of bread. They also have a layout of food u can choose from, like salads and meats. They also have a diner where you can sit down and eat and have a cup of coffee.

Hasn't changed much in 50 years. Around noon they had some type of rib-fest right in front, but didn't clean up after it closed. Made it somewhat difficult to get in/out and there was spilled food scattered about. Not very inviting.

Have been there many times picking up food. Had great service. The other day I was in to pick up a bottle of wine. Couldn't find it on my own so asked for help. Person at checkout paged someone to help. Ten minutes later still no one showed up. Never had that happen at Ken's.

Wish we had such a nice upscale grocery store in our larger town! Fantastic meats, liquor store carries pretty much every brand and huge selection of premium and rare liquors

I stood in a 10 man line w my cart of groceries. When I got to the checker I was informed she could not check me due to too many items for her to do. I had 25 items. for two clients I shopped for. She was rude about it.. I won't be back to Kesslers. Ken's for me, they are sweet!

They treated my kind 87 year old grandpa very rude. They had little patience with him while he was trying to get a refund on an item he paid to much for. They messed up on their end and then when it came time to fix the mistake they acted like he was a nuisance. Never going back

I love shopping at Kessler's! The deli person was too busy visiting with another employee, on my side of the counter, to wait on me. I had to walk away, as I was getting ticked-off. She then waited on a woman that came up to the counter, as I walked away. I came back after looking for what I wanted in the self- serve deli case. Finally, she waited on me.

Customer service is less than acceptable. Meat is always bagged with produce. Overall a place that doesn't care about the customer.

Pretty good place but the mashed taters ain't worth the price buy a bag and make your own. Otherwise pretty great store with an awesome selection. Big fan of the fresh fruits and veggies in this place
