Kessler's

As far as in town shopping goes, Kessler's specials usually beats out the competitors (especially on Friday's!). Very clean store and fairly spacious. Tolerant of adolescent 20 year olds that shun adult supervision (sigh). And, most importantly (to me), the staff are courteous and polite!!

The best place in Aberdeen to get any type of fresh meat, fish, or chicken.

The liquor dept staff are are always friendly and helpful every time and always have great suggestions.

Not what I expected for a larger grocery store. Could have paid the same prices in a little town in the middle if nowhere with one store, meaning their prices were nothing to brag about. Shelves fully stocked though. Busy , busy , busy. Ken's was a great alternative.

They do not have a good selection of brand name
Every time I find something I like they discontinue.. they have been out of chopped onions for over 3 weeks they don't have bags of large Russet potatoes .they don't have cold springs cocktail sauce

Coffee flavors were labeled wrong; regular had hazelnut in it which makes me gag. Grumpy lady refused to make me decaf when I asked...even though I was waiting, she never made it. The coffee is normally great, it's just this one lady

Large market, clean, and fantastic selection!

We shop here more than we do walmart. The food is a bit more expensive as with all hometown grocers) but the meat is really good and the staff are always super nice. There's never long wait lines even when the store is busy. The deli is AMAZING. The pharmacy is always on its toes. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here my entire life. (I grew up in Aberdeen) also, you can earn pump perks with your purchases. I've filled up my vehicle for 15 cents before. NO JOKE.

The employees are courteous and helpful. The deli area offers a variety of very well prepared products. The sushi bar serves a wonderful variety of delicious sushi, and the bakery provides a great value for larger than expected products. Overall the service is excellent with all departments providing excellent service to customers. When we visit it's a must stop as we pass through Aberdeen.

I am a truck driver, and I sometimes deliver groceries for Unfi (super valu). Kessler's is one place i have delivered to a couple times. This last time I got there a little early, and while trying to dock my trailer I had a transmission failure leaving me out in the middle of hyw. 12 at 2AM, couldn't reach one of the 24 hour service towing companies, just got an answering machine on the first, the other guy answered but wouldn't come till 6 AM, Even though he advertised 24 hour service. Well one of the guys at Kesslers knows a trucker who delivers to them also. He called the guy got him to come over and help me. We got my truck unhooked after removing the driveshaft and pulled it across the road, and he then docked my trailer. And got it unloaded. Now that is customer service, to a tee. Thanks for the help.
