I rarely give 5 stars! RARELY! This is a neat little roadside gem. We drove past it at first and then decided to U-turn.
Glad we stopped. Neat little store with a wide variety of goods. Prices are decent too. Very cool little place! Happy we found it.
If you are headed by, be sure to stop in. Worth the visit and something for everyone!!

Today was the best visit we have had after many years of being customers. Typically staff is not very friendly or talkative, today our cashier was a very sweet older lady, we believe she may be one of the owners. The cider is very affordable for the quality, we have always watered it down a little because of how sweet it is, so a large jug can last us a week or two. We are huge fans of strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, peach, and muscadine- regardless of what you get you cannot go wrong here, it is all very good.

Very charming shop with friendly, welcoming staff. Right near the highway and worth a stop, this former gas station is so cute!
Picture worthy outside area with a coffee shop and connected store that sells local products, southern cookbooks, fresh baked goods and gift items. Lovely displays.
We enjoyed our frosted pumpkin cake and a brownie. Both were good size, fresh, and super moist. I forgot to take photos before we inhaled them. 😉
We purchased a few other local specialty sauces to enjoy later.
In addition to this area in front, there are picnic tables to the right of the building.
Great stop!

I live in Florida but I travel to South Carolina about once a month and I have passed this establishment so many times. On the way back from folly, we passed it like usual but made a u-turn because we saw a sign that said key lime pie... Which was absolutely delicious by the way. The store is like something out of a magazine or YouTube video it was perfectly decorated. The color scheme, shelving, product placement, antique farm house decor, glass jars and wood came together perfectly creating a visually stunning experience. And to top it off the products were amazing. I got a peach and mint iced tea and a shot of expresso in the little coffee shop ... The mural on the wall was like a giant paint by numbers but I believe it was a blown up plant identification or something but combined with the tile and splash of pink was genius and I loved it and I wish I had an extra room in my in my house to recreate it. So the peach iced tea and expresso were excellent. We sampled some ciders and key lime pie and I ended up leaving with a huge jar of peaches some homemade pickles and blackberry cobbler. And I've already eaten them all and I'm going to have to make another trip up because those were the best jar of peaches I have ever even I didn't know preserved peaches could be that good. I will definitely be going back here again.

Carolina Cider Company is a charming shop in which to buy high quality food items that are tastefully displayed on the store's rustic shelves. We often stop on our travels between Hilton Head Island and Charleston. During our last visit we bought a few jars of preserves as well as a homemade apple/pecan pie. All items were quite delicious! I had never tasted an apple/pecan pie, but we were told by a staff member that it is a family recipe. On previous visits we have also purchased several varieties of cider, all of which were excellent. There are no public restrooms at this facility, but it is a fun place to stop and shop.

A great stop on your travels! I love the outside decor as well! We were surprised by the amount of unique jars of condiments from hot sauces and salsa to toasted pecan syrup and jams! And besides a tasty array of ciders such as muscadine and peach you will also find coffees and baked goods. Hand made soaps are also plentiful in a variety of scents!

Great pit stop with a hip coffee shop, fun souvenirs, and gourmandises. Great pickled products, dressings, and Peach Cider (alcohol-free).
Not a great place to use the restroom, as there is only one small bathroom tucked away inside a utility closet.

Such a cute roadside store. They had fresh baked goods, and a decent selection of drinks and preserved food. I bought some cider and a chocolate strawberry jam. They have some really adorable trinkets, interesting snacks, and a popular coffee spot attached. Parking was scarce and borderline dangerous, but I don't think they're usually that crowded. There's a space to charge an electric vehicle too!
Update: I bought the chocolate strawberry jam and it was a total ripoff. $9 for regular strawberry jam. Ingredients claim it has cocoa powder in it, but I can neither smell nor taste the slightest hint of chocolate. I baked it into some crescent rolls and used it in a PB&J. Nothing special about it whatsoever. Total flop.

We just happened to catch a billboard advertising the shop otherwise we would have passed it by. It's a very cute little shop that was an enjoyable place to buy sweets, treats and cider. My only negative was the lady at the register. She was a little short but the shop was very busy and I do understand how that can be. It certainly won't stop me from stopping again when I'm in the area.

Wow!!! Stumbled on this awesome shop on the way to Charleston. Beautiful little shop with many delicious things to buy. We were happy to find very good coffee…the iced mocho, iced coffee and spiced chai were out of this world!!!
